In addition, collecting my own spring water was too much work for me and I was always worried about toxins leaking into the source. Therefore, for years, I decided to order purified water through Culligan and utilize the Vitalizer Plus to structure the water and add minerals back to the water. 3 months ago, I heard about Fountain of Truth Spring Water on Daniel Vitalis's Rewild podcast so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a few jugs to try it out and haven't looked back. The water tastes great and is so rich in minerals that I have cut my magnesium supplementation down by 75% and no longer need to take my silica supplement. I also save a lot of time since I don't have to reprocess the water through my Vitalizer Plus anymore. I also noticed that my hair has stopped graying and my skin looks fuller/less wrinkly. Graying is typically a signed of dehydration and zinc deficiency. I don't think this water has any zinc in it so it must being doing a better job of keeping my cells hydrated. I am also assuming that is the reason my skin looks better though Silica also helps with that.
