He determined that Water-Right, a fairly priced US manufactured unit would best serve my needs. David was timely for each appointment... knowledgeable and professional. I like supporting veteran owned business' and was touched that David gave me 10% off when he found out that I was also a Vet... It's easy to wholehearted recommend David and his company . He responded to all of my questions; even making a special trip back to insure the unit was working well, ( It was, I didn't understand the salt cycle). I live on Vashon Island, only accessible by ferry, and a special trip back isn't always an easy one..I am confident that in the years to come not only will the system do its job, but David will back up any service needs should they arise...

These guys are really helpful and friendly. I've had two encounters with them. The second time, I started out asking about a big fancy water system that they would've made a lot of money on, but the guy on the phone pointed out two other options that were much cheaper and that I could do myself. He was really patient with explaining the different options to me, and I was impressed that he was willing to spend some time even though it was likely that they weren't going to do the install.
