There's always going to be disgruntled tenants: one I read said, this place is giving Daybreak a bad name, I think that's absurd, this would be an excellent way to get familiar with Daybreak if you are considering buying a home here. I honestly don't think they deserve all the bad reviews. There is an issue with inexperience with there maintenance team, but that only creates more problems, for them.

It is so cool to live in a place that is so close to I15 but has a little oasis of wildlife. Anytime we have had a maintenance request it has been completely promptly. The maintenance man is super friendly and always does great work when repairing or fixing things inside our town house. The office staff is super friendly and is very willing to answer any questions we might have. I feel like we received a package every day in the month of December and they always greeted us with a smile when we went to pick them up. Would recommend to a friend.
