He was incredibly quick to communicate and got us on the schedule right away, so we ended up having essentially no downtime with our garage door. He came out to replace a broken spring and do a tune-up, and while working on the door he found a bent sprocket on the garage door opener. He showed my husband exactly what was happening and explained how the bad spring had been putting extra strain on the opener, stretching the chain and damaging the sprocket. There was no vague "you need this too" sales pitch. He showed us the problem, explained why it needed to be addressed, and only did the work that was necessary. The garage door is now fixed and running noticeably quieter than before. I also really appreciated his communication. I made the mistake of using Yelp's "request a quote" feature and got absolutely bombarded by some companies, with multiple calls and messages over a 24-hour period. Had to replace a broken torquemaster spring. AHS sent this company with a 2 star rating wanting to charge $1300 for a torsion spring conversion. Told me the torquemaster spring couldn't be replaced.
