A late update with many pics. My wife and I were working a mile from here for a few months. We ate here at least 4 days a week and we tried quite a few different dishes and found some that we had to keep eating verses trying new ones. We couldn't get enough of the Kati Roll, Shahi curry, Pani Puri and Dehli Chaat, everything was great but those were our repeats. Lunch special at least once a week too. We still go but it's a bit far but worth the trip.

This place is really good. I've come here quite a few times and brought a decent amount of friends for the Indian food experience and Om bistro delivers this experience pretty well. Evenings can get pretty busy and a bit chaotic, but if you're patient, you'll be served with really good food. This time around we started off with the Bhelpuri and Gobi Manchurian. This has always been a crowd favorite for me and my friends especially when it's their first times trying it. For the main we split palak paneer and garlic naan which was super good. Their garlic naan is literally the best in the Phoenix Valley. The paneer was delicious, and I really liked the texture as it wasn't way too creamy or way too chunky, it was just perfectly done. Also not to forget to mention is the mango lassi, a nice and thick and well balanced sweetness with mango and yogurt tart flavor. The one downside that we had this evening was that they forgot our rice, and we didn't realize until the end of the meal and then did not ask because it was pretty chaotic with tons of people dining in actively getting orders.

Wide selection of Indian snacks and main dishes. The portions are quite large so it is great for families. What stood out was their paper dosas that were quite literally too big for the table. They could easily feed two people. The food was fresh and tasted good, would definitely return. It is definitely more of a casual eatery. Orders are taken at the register and are called out when ready so since we ordered multiple dishes they all came out at separate time.

Never order dosas on Wednesdays. They give you cold, sour, soggy dosas made with leftover batter from the Tuesday dosa specials.

The food tastes like someone cares, and it's kept fresh and rotating instead of sitting there dying under heat lamps. This is one of the few buffets where I don't feel like I'm compromising quality just because it's a buffet. The garlic naan deserves its own paragraph. It's legitimately great, and it's dangerously easy to keep grabbing just one more piece. Easily one of the highlights and clearly something they do right consistently. Menu-wise, the usual favorites show up for a reason. Chicken tikka masala, saag or palak paneer, biryani, vindaloo. Portions are generous if you order off the menu, and they're generally willing to adjust spice levels if you ask. Service is friendly and straightforward. No attitude, no upsell nonsense, just people doing their jobs well. In short, solid food, great value, and one of the better lunch buffets around.

After that, I ordered the chicken tikka masala which really delicious too, lots of flavor! We also ordered a side of paneer naan which was awesome! I'd never had stuffed naan before and this stuff was amazing. I would definitely order it again. A really great place to eat Indian food at, definitely recommend stopping in for dinner or lunch, I think they have an all you can eat lunch buffet.

Their goat Byrani is terrific and the raita was spot on . A little light on the flavor spices but still pretty tasty. Same with the palak paneer could have been a little more with the garam masala flavor but otherwise it was still good and worth the price. I'd definitely go again

Let's skip the parking drama and get to the food and restaurant. Well stocked bar although I didn't partake of adult beverages today. You don't have to order rice in addition to the chicken tikka masala if that's what you order, which is nice. I am glad that this is the case because it was a little more than what I was expecting to spend. However, I do think that the price was okay for dinner. Another note that I will offer about the food is that they do allow you to customize the spice levels, which is nice. The service was more than I had ever expected, especially for just having placed a to go order. They allowed me to sit inside the restaurant while I waited for my food, noted that I was waiting on my order so that it would come out in a reasonable time, and also offered me a to go water while I was waiting. The containers that my food came in are honestly ones that I could reuse. The ambience of the restaurant is also nice. There is a nice patio with different types of seating to accommodate all needs. The inside has a nice bar and they have music playing at a volume that allows you to listen, but it's not too loud. There is also a separate parking lot across the street that is reserved for customers of the restaurant, which is really nice since it is located in downtown. I will definitely be coming back to dine in.
