What a perfect welcome to Phoenix after landing for a work trip! We headed straight here from the airport and were so glad we did. This is a family-owned Indian restaurant and you can truly taste the care in the food. The chicken masala and butter chicken were both incredibly flavorful, rich, well-balanced, and comforting without being heavy. Paired with fresh, warm naan, we were honestly in heaven. We ordered everything at a medium spice level and it was absolutely perfect, flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Casual atmosphere nothing overwhelming visually but the food was terrific. The owner was a nice guy who made the food and it did not disappoint. I forgot to take a picture of the palak paneer but the aloo tikka was incredible and there is a picture of that as well as the menu. The vegetable samosa was excellent with hearty bits of peas and chunks of potato in it and the sauces that went with it were both equally delicious. I also order some stuff to go . Their goat Byrani is terrific and the raita was spot on . A little light on the flavor spices but still pretty tasty. Same with the palak paneer could have been a little more with the garam masala flavor but otherwise it was still good and worth the price. I'd definitely go again read more

Cool reception but good food, clean/bright, smallish in size. The menu is traditional North Indian fare. Masala Chai was very good the first time I tried it, but somewhat weaker on the second visit. The dessert was very good, and I am not a huge fan of Indian desserts, even though there was Gulab Jamun in our fridge for my father almost daily. Personally, I love Jalebi, but I cannot eat the amount sold, so I did not try any, maybe next time. Nothing really stands out, but I do recall that everything we ate was great, so I do recommend it. read more

This was my first time trying Indian food and now I know that I need to add it into my regular rotation! I shared the chicken tikka masala, gobi Manchurian, garlic naan, and vegetable biryani. We quickly devoured everything. The chicken tikka masala had a great flavor, I only wish there was more chicken because it was so good. The vegetable biryani had a great flavor on its own, but I also tried it with the extra tikka masala sauce and yogurt. So tasty. My friend got the lamb korma which had a nice mild, slightly sweet flavor. The service was great and the restaurant was super clean. There were a few people picking up to go orders, otherwise it was pretty quiet when we went. We'll definitely be back! read more

I ordered off of uber eats and I had my order in under thirty minutes. Their food came fresh and hot. The seasonings were some of the best I've ever tried in an Indian Take out place. I'm not able to do many spicy things but their flavors were amazing. I did get the milder version of their chicken tiki and it was excellent! read more

I was craving Indian food cause we haven't had it in a while. The two places we used to go to changed management and the food didn't taste as good. My husband and I decided to try this spot and ordered the butter chicken and tikka masala. Once we received it, it was well packaged, piping hot and they gave us ample amount of rice. My only gripe is that we didn't know which one was which. They both were good but I liked the darker sauced meal better. Normally that's the butter chicken is darker but I'm not sure. Absolutely worse biryani. Its not even biryani, it looked like chicken curry and rice mixed . Really disappointed. It was an uber eat order and even for somebody who knows a little about indian food , I could clearly say this is not chicken biryani. Even for this , it was very blant , no salt . We were in the Mayo Clinic area craving good Indian food. Found this amazing place! Dalbir was awesome, gave us some great recommendations. We were looking for something light. First time here, my friend suggested this place. We went in for a Friday lunch and the place was pretty empty. They don't have a separate lunch menu but we can order for the table. We went with full tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala and butter naan. The service was quick and good. The ambiance is very divey. The tandoori chicken was really good, it was juicy and tasted nice. The chicken tikka was a little salty for me. The naan was usual. The tikka came with nice and it tasted good with rice. I ordered takeout last week; wanted to try a bit of everything so went with the Aloo Matar at a spice level medium, veggie samosas, and the cheese naan. First, the two sauces that came with the samosas (one was green and the other a brownish bbq tasting sauce) were AMAZING; so so so good!! The naan was good but I think a bit burnt. No words! This was beyond my expectations & was a last minute door dash order that I'm SO GLAD I got. I got spicy and it was exactly what I was wanting. I can handle spicy but this was HOT but so good so if you can't handle your nose running after a couple bites and a drink of water then order the mild or medium. Actual tandoori chicken, not like another location in the area that proclaims to have tandoori chicken, but doesnt seem to have a tandoori over. All the food we ordered was excellent. Service: Its an odd setup, as you order at the register and then he brings it out to you. That's fine if it's one trip, but it's not. So he is making multiple trips. This is our go-to restaurant for Indian food in our neighborhood. We take out from them a lot and we went in and ate dinner with my family this week. It was such a great experience and the owners were really friendly. They gave us some great suggestions on what to order and were very accommodating to our 2 year old daughtor. Tikka masala, curries, naan bread, it is all good! We even tried their dessert for the first time which was great to end the meal. This is an attempt to make the place seem like a fast food establishment and garner as much profit as they can. It has a basic aesthetic with a self serve environment. Yet, the prices are about as high or higher as a restaurant with comfortable seating and a cultural emphasis on decor with full service. The food was tasty; filled with flavor and freshness. A free 16oz bottle of water was given with my order. Nan was delicious, korma nice and buttery, and the saag delicious with just the right amount of lamb. So they did a nice job with those flavors. Where they cut corners again was with the vegetable korma, filling it with mostly corn and peas. Very little to no cauliflower or carrots. The samosa's typically filled with potatoes and peas , these were just filled with mashed potatoes. So although flavors seemed there the ingredients were skimped. I had garlic Nan, veg korma, lamb saag, raita and samosa's. They give you rice. Total $56+ I ate in the restaurant. Portions average. Owner felt they were large, but they were average size. I had to get my own silverware and napkins, but I didn't have to clean up after myself or get my own to go boxes. So it's not a typical business plan dinning arrangement. I would not bring friends there and say "hey let's go out to this great Indian place, " and I'm not sure I would go there to grab a quick bite. I'm not sure where this place fits in for me. And you can't compare it to the portions of a Chinese take out because Chinese is much larger. I would much rather see this place become a full service restaurant then I wouldn't mind tipping and paying their prices. read more
