The food tastes like someone cares, and it's kept fresh and rotating instead of sitting there dying under heat lamps. This is one of the few buffets where I don't feel like I'm compromising quality just because it's a buffet. The garlic naan deserves its own paragraph. It's legitimately great, and it's dangerously easy to keep grabbing just one more piece. Easily one of the highlights and clearly something they do right consistently. Menu-wise, the usual favorites show up for a reason. Chicken tikka masala, saag or palak paneer, biryani, vindaloo. Portions are generous if you order off the menu, and they're generally willing to adjust spice levels if you ask. Service is friendly and straightforward. We were told it was next up. We waited another 10 minutes and got our food. The lemonade was ok and since I'm celiac I couldn't eat the sandwich. My husband ate it and said it was pretty good but not worth waiting an hour for. The workers were definitely super nice but they need to work on being more prepared for the crowds or stop taking orders. They need signs saying the wait is an hour if you order now.
