I left with a fresh skin abrasion under my eyebrow. When I brought up my concerns, I was told: "Your hair is in the way" "You already had that cut before" "I don't know how it happened" Despite the issues, I was still charged the full price. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that future clients receive more careful treatment and more professional responses to concerns.

When it came to my turn, I had noticed the worker did not clean or sanitize the headrest or chair as the last client left. I never saw her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer either! I then simply asked if she could, and she did. As she proceeded, she only spent a minute on my brow and then asked if I wanted the cooling gel on them after. No trimming, no brushing, nothing. I took a look at my brows and there was still a good amount of hair on both sides of my brows! She then went back in and threaded them. After the second time, I looked and there was still some hair she had missed. At that point, I was already running behind on schedule and had to leave. I booked online and it was easy and convenience to set up my appointment. I arrived on time and the receptionist was very nice and professional, they made sure to make me feel relaxed when I mentioned it was my first time getting waxed. They went over a couple of things with me, told me about their specials and introduced me to some other products and services they offered. My waxing specialist was Diamond, she took me to the back where she went to work. Yall, she was so focus and getting every single nook and cranny that the whole thing took no more than 20 minutes. This particular waxer pulled the wax so slow off me It was unreal I count finish. Typically waxing is not an issue however her method was not appreciated. If someone is telling me the wax is too hot I would try to cool it down a tab before applying to a DIFFERENT area. Not the best experience this time around. Walked in greeted by the ladies in the salon. Very nice and friendly. Good size place not real big. Plenty of message chairs for pedicures. With a large TV to watch if you want. The chairs are newer very good message. The place is divided with the nails on one side and pedicures on the other. The pedicure was good they have different types like of pedicures like the other salons do. We stick with basic only 30 dollars. Over all was a good pedi we will try them again soon.

It was a relaxing environment up until the managers daughter came in to help her with something. They had a small argument and it ruined my relaxation because of how her daughter was taking to her. Back to the manicure. My nail tech was sweet (don't know her name) and she did an okay job. I decided to wait a few days before I made a review. I got my nails done on a Wednesday and by Friday morning, the polish already started to peel. I also noticed that there were a lot of air bubbles and when they popped, made my nails feel rough. She did 3 layers with curing in between but I think 2 more layers would have made a huge difference. When trimming my cuticles, she only did surface level and not in the nail beds. The price for the gel manicure with one color was $35. Unfortunately, I will not be returning here due to the mediocre job of my nails.
