We have used the same saleman I cannot remember his name but he is friendly and doesn't treat me differently because I'm a woman and don't know much about cars. No one greeted me, i didn't even see any employees around in the store. The prices were higher than my liking so I decided to leave. When I got into my car, there was an employee that was standing directly in front of the door of O'reilly staring at me. He literally had the meanest look and just watched me the whole time leaving the parking lot. It made me feel really uncomfortable and confused because where were you in the store and why are you trying to seem like you're guarding the place. It was a very odd situation and I felt like he thought he was doing something by watching me from inside the store. Like what was your purpose?

Had it tested twice and it passed. They then tested her battery, it was bad. Even though they had ordered an alternator for him (which arrived in 20 minutes) he finds out he just needed a new battery instead. Great service! Make sure you know how to get to this strip mall before you come. You have to turn off Maple to the west of this mall to get there.

I called back and after 10+ rings he finally answered..knowing it was me, didn't say hello, just impatiently repeated the info (he clearly heard me say I needed clarification the first time.) I work with vendors and suppliers that work with this place (and work closely with one of the owners) and they actually recommended this place...and they will DEFINITELY hear about my experience. You never know who you are talking to when a customer calls...I imagine this will damage the business relationship they have with the owner who I work closely with. If customer service is this bad right out of the gate, you know this place is likely rotten in other areas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! An extra 60 seconds and some kindness could have saved them from this review but tells you A LOT about a business.
