Ok so I didn't take pics of what I got, but I finally used one of the "save money on…read moregoods-close-to-expiring" mystery bag I was on this app for it for a few weeks, but it seemed like whenever I checked, nothing was available. So today with a bit of surprise I was happy to see The Fresh Market had a bag. I signed up, ran some errands, then stop in close to the end of the window that was provided(8PM). It was a quieter time so i walked up to the clerk checking people out to ask where to get the bag. The bag boy said "I'm yer guy". I showed him the code on my phone and he hustled over to a fridge right in the front. Boom, I had a huge bag of goods. I love a surprise so I waited till I was hoe to see what what inside, Muffins, cookies croissants oh my! And a few more things too to complete the order. I will be back soon to do some shopping I think, but I'm pretty sure I will be back again for a surprise bag as well.

This is one of my favorite Fresh Market stores. Its a little further away from my house so I don't…read morego often, but when I'm in the area, I always stop in. There's always a beautiful selection of fresh flowers and the day I was there they had gorgeous orchids very reasonably priced. The chicken cutlets here are very good and they run them 25% off on Thursdays. Picked up some of the Pecan Breaded cutlets and some of the Nashville hot cutlets. I've never had the hot ones before, but I'm sure they're just as good as the others. I find the quality of the food is a little higher than your basic grocery store. They run specials every day and if you join their email list, you'll get a notification in the morning and you can plan your shopping and save a little money at the same time.

I picked up some shrimp and cocktail sauce and enjoyed it at home, along with some cut up watermelon chunks and bananas which were both less expensive than shopping at Publix. I also checked out the hot bar because years ago I used to get a really good lamb stew at the Boca store. No lamb stew this time, but there were so many dishes that looked good. Some of the sushi actually looked incredible. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Whole Foods is more affordable than ever!

Such a pleasure to shop here. I like that they always have an excellent, working Purell Wipes dispenser to sanitize their carts. Excellent staff in all depts... Meats, Seafood, Deli. Wasn't going right home so passed up some of the frozen food specialty items I like here. But took advantage of some of their excellent produce, fruits, and veggies. I never thought of doing my main shopping here, but I do like it from time to time for their cheeses, whole-wheat pretzels, frozen quiche, nuts, different types of crackers, and various ice cream novelties. Years ago, I used to like checking in on some blogs where all they talked about was their favorite Trader Joe's items... it was interesting. Always had a super-friendly staff at their stores.

SHOPPING IS NOT A PLEASEURE HERE! Really bad experience this…read moremorning at the deli getting lunch meats. When I was handed my order I noticed that the price per pound was wrong. When I mentioned it to the clerk (Ed) he was extremely rude and told me that the price in the deli case was wrong and that I shouldn't have him change it to the correct price because it was only a couple of dollars difference, and I should just deal with it. He then started yelling at me because I insisted they correct the price on my deli meat. It took two other deli employees to calm him down. I spoke with the assistant store manager upon checkout, who I felt she brushed me off like this is a regular occurrence and this is how their employees are allowed to act towards shoppers. I cannot recommend shopping the deli at this location not only because Ed was so rude but also because they are extremely slow in their service. Paid by the hour not on efficiency or customer service.

The Boca Raton location has been a welcoming site for us. Today was a perfect example, we came in for a sandwich for lunch. Amy greeted us personally and treated us like we were just friends at the store. At the register was a sweet young lady named Cecilia. We did the preorder on the app with a 7 am pickup to avoid the crowds and it was perfect. The store was bright and clean as always. My only complaint is how crazy expensive it's gotten. I remember when I could get a 9 pound half ham with the bone for around $70. It's way more than that now. The 3.5 lb ham and 3 lb breast we got were $100 but we fed five people and have leftovers so not terrible. Still great ham and turkey!

Do not shop here! I have never been treated so rudely by 3 different employees, one of which was a…read moremanager in the meat department. I asked a girl who was filling the case if they had any more of the BOGO chicken breasts to which she shook her head but didn't stop filling the tenders to even look at me. I spotted a green shirted manager reworking the meat case near the freezers and tried again. ( I had to ask twice just to get her attention).. she nodded toward the chicken area and said there were still a few there. I explained they were too large and I needed 2 small packages. ( the 3 packets that were in the case were over 14.00 each. Way too big for my husband and me). She said the packages came in a box and could not be altered. What? She then asked if I had more shopping to do, the girl from earlier was getting a new box and could I come back around. Ten minutes later I had finished my shopping and approached her again (she was still fiddling with the same freezer case). Again I had to address her a couple of times to get her to respond. I asked if the girl had gotten the box to which she replied the girl was weighing the box (?) and would be out when she was done. I asked if she, as a manager, could possibly go help her to expedite. She responded "you'll just have to wait." As it was Father's Day, I said I need to be somewhere soon to which she said" It's not my problem if you can't wait" I walked off from this unbelievably rude conversation and went to cashier. I was wearing a Liberty 250 shirt and Meagan, the cashier, looked at my shirt, shook her head and started ringing my order. I asked if there was a problem to which she responded what do you mean? and turned to her bagger and rolled her eyes. I regret I did not just walk out of the store at that moment. This store has gone downhill in customer service over the last several months. Is there a new manager that doesn't care about customer service? She needs to take another stab at training her staff. I live in one of the gated communities around the corner from this store. Thankfully there is another Publix not too far away. I have told my neighbors and friends in my community about this incident many of whom said they had already stopped going to this particular store.
