All the services THEY RECOMMENDED couldn't be completed so I would have to schedule another appointment. I arrived to pick up my vehicle at 6:04 pm because I had to arrange a ride to the dealership. Service department was completely closed and my keys had not been left at the dealership reception desk like they were supposed to be. After having my car all day, you'd think the service consultant might've told me the department hours so I wouldn't be left without a way to get my vehicle. This place has zero respect for customer time and convenience. This is my third bad experience at this dealership and I will not be going back.

I googled nearest Audi dealer and it brought me to you. The stress of needing a tow in the middle of the country in itself is a lesson in patience. Having 2 dogs with you can make it a crisis quick. After calling the guardian angel "AAA" for my free tow I called yr dealership. While the service dept had already closed I spoke to a very helpful receptionist who informed me I can drop it off for early bird service. She really earned my thanks when after explaining my predicament she informed me of the hotel located directly behind the dealership. Nice! Are they pet friendly? Got on my Bring Fido App and I'm in luck...whew bases covered! Next morning I get the call! I own an APR tuned 2008 A4 Avant out of warranty. The check engine light came on and after turning the car off to inspect it the car lost throttle response, hence the tow. The service advisor Joshua explains there's power into the ECU but not out. A blown ECU could run in the $2k's and take 2 weeks, it has to come from Germany. Yikes! Time to walk over and have a chat with the guys. Joshua introduces me to Branden. Is this car tuned they ask? It's unusual a blown ECU would still have power in...unless it had something to do with the APR software. Brendan patiently worked with me and my tuner in CA to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. We disconnected the ECU and some other process with the battery that helps reboot the system. The software has an anti-theft feature that allows the car to power up but eliminates throttle response! Sounds familiar...haha. But I'm having a problem entering the code to unlock the APR software so we can reset it. Urgh! Finally the sequence works and we're in. Reset the software and BAM...turn the anti-theft off and the check engine light turns off! Cars back to normal. I'm on the road again. Now I just need to get to the hotel before 1pm and I can cancel the 2nd nite at the hotel. I leave the dealership in time only a few $100 lighter but the car is running great. Thank you Branden and Joshua for your patience and flexibility turning a dramatic road trip story into a great and relatively inexpensive road trip story!

Purchased a 2019 jeep overland 12/22/25. 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. Within 3 months (of…read moreminimal use i might add) it's acting way wierd and lights coming on dash so we make an appointment for the soonest available date, April 11th. The car sits for 3 weeks while we wait for appointment. We're eventually told it's the Transfer case. $4000 repair that luckily we'll have covered under warrenty, minus deductible. The warrenty gave a discounted price for a rental for 10 days. The dealership says they don't have loaners available. April rolls by. May rolls by. Their steady telling us they can't get the part. When asked in June about an ETA we were told to, and I quote, 'Take it up with Chysler'. As if they were sick of us asking once a month. Unbelievable. So I did. I called Chysler and was informed this was in fact a gurley leep situation. It's mid July and Their now saying our car would be getting worked on the first week of August. Ironically at the edge of the Indiana lemon law time stance. Utterly unbelievable. IF it's ready that week we'll have 6 months car payments made for a vehicle we don't have. 6 months full coverage insurance on a vehicle i can't drive. Ive Lost multiple 1000's of dollars from my shipping job, which is why we got a 'dependable' vehicle to begin with. It's been a nightmare financially. We Would of had better luck off FB market place

I found out I can't use the coupons at the ELkhart Location they told me they don't get renibursed by Chevy. Makes no sense to me ! I came to Mishawaka gates to get my brakes inspected. I was told I needed new front rotors and pads. cost over $400. i had a coupon for front brakes and rotors for $249. I was told this for Acdelco parts which they don't have so I can't use the coupon. Shouldn't a certified chevy dealership carry the parts that Chevy supports for their vehicles? The parts department has a display of stuff that is Ac Delco. I am super disappointed that I get these coupons and I go to try and used them and there is some excuse why I can't!!! I will be contacting Chevy directly!!!
