Look I'm going to be really honest. I hate car dealerships, and I hate looking for cars. That being said I had been car hunting for a week with 3 deals that fell through because of dealership bs and sharky salesmen. I heard about Cars2You from a co-worker and quickly brushed them off because growing up in Mishawaka anyone with sense knows car lots down that strip of 20 are pretty cruddy (Headers). So I look at Gregs inventory at Cars2You and they had the exact car I was looking for. Good miles, great price. I call, he answers and I told him Id be in town the next day and Id put in the credit app online. I wakeup the next day and give him a call and boom. I'm approved and its waiting for me. Greg closes up at 6 and I didnt get there until around 520pm. He didnt even seem annoyed. He understood that with my job my hours are crazy. There was literally zero pressure to buy the car. He just said take it for a test drive and see how you like it. Fast forward to the buying process. I have shit credit and he got me approved for a short term car loan with decent interest and a great payment. He was even able to move around some numbers and the term of the loan to get me where I wanted. It was completely smooth running through the whole thing and I even walked out with a 5 year or 100,000 mile warranty with the car. It was optional but hell why not right? And I dont even have to take it to them for the work incase I use the warranty it can go anywhere! All in all I'll say this, Greg and his staff are great guys. Hands down, choosing to go with Cars2You was the best decision we could have made when it came to buying a used car. Greg (Grigor) is excellent to work with. He is honest and helpful, and he and his mechanics KNOW cars. He definitely makes car buying feel like a "win win" situation. When I first stopped in it was right at closing time, but he encouraged me to try out a couple of the cars I was looking at. Over the course of a few days, my wife and I stopped in to check out different vehicles and at no time did we feel pressured to make a quick decision. When we settled on a car, he encouraged me to take it to another mechanic to be evaluated, and then his own mechanics went through the evaluation with me so that I could understand it better (note: avoid dealerships for your 2nd opinion...that's all I'll say). We quickly came to an agreement on some things that his guys would take care of and I came away with a really good understanding of the car I was buying. His cars are priced very well, especially if you are looking for a solid used car with a lot of life left in it. That also means that you shouldn't wait too long to pull the trigger if you like something. Lastly, I want to talk about Greg himself. When I first met him, I got a good vibe from him. He felt trustworthy. What was great was that we happened to be talking to a friend and when we mentioned Cars2You and Greg, our friend immediately began gushing about how fantastic he is. I needed to get a car for my son. I checked around at several different lots with no love. Then I pulled into cars2you.com. Right away I could tell it was different. I did not feel like I was getting attacked as soon as I stepped out of the car. We were able to wander around and look without being bothered or stalked. Test drove so many that I started to feel like a pain in the butt, and was never treated that way. It felt like I was dealing with an old friend. Things felt honest all the way around. No pressure, no stalking, no BS. Not one time did I ever feel like I was getting a pitch because I wasn't. While talking, I found out some nice details. The cars are not just cleaned and put out for show. They are carefully inspected and repaired (new brakes, new rotors, etc.) with a good size onsite garage. The shop also does work on cars that are not theirs. I took my vehicle in for some work after I bought my son his car and they did a good job on that too. Its hard to find a good honest mechanic. I got lucky in two ways. I now have a place to take my cars when they need work (not overpriced) and a place to go when I need a new ride. They have a lot of nice cars that are reasonably priced. Not the typical high mileage dinged up, rusted out, disposable cars with rebuilt titles that you see on other lots. If you need a car just go to cars2you.com. Don't even bother with the other lots. My experience with Cars2you has been wonderful. A year ago, I toyed with the idea of purchasing a used car. When I first stepped in, a salesman asked me if I needed help with anything. I said "no, I'm just looking around" and he left me alone and told me to let him know if I needed anything. I was free to play around with the various cars on the lot without being pressured. When it was finally time to buy my car, I remembered this experience and decided to look at Cars2you once more. The person who helped me, Greg, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He answered all the questions I had about the car I was interested in, took me on a test drive, and gave me the exact pricing breakdown of the model via e-mail. I told him I was not ready to buy that day and he was completely OK with that. A few days later, I stopped by again to get some more details, and Greg was very helpful once again. When I was ready to buy my car, Greg treated me fairly and with respect. There was no fudging of the numbers; I saw how my out-the-door price was broken down. The price we agreed upon was fair and within the range that other people paid across the country. Greg, and his employees at Cars2you.com are great! While my wife and I were shopping for a car, we would go to his lot and he let us drive any car we wanted. We would sometimes be gone for 45 minutes at a time and he did not mind. When we inquired further about any given car, he answered all of our questions, including what may be wrong with the vehicle. He was always truthful and straight. He and his team really strive to offer the best used cars on the market. Although no used car can be like new, they do their best to make sure they are selling great quality cars! When we made our decision on which car to buy, the purchase was easy and fast! After owning and driving the car for a few days, a problem occurred and I called Greg and he told me to bring it in and he would fix it for free. I offered to pay but he said "don't worry about it. Now I know he cant fix everything for free and he can't make a used car new, but he did and his team did a great job and I was back on the road in one day! Greg and his business have ruined any faith or trust I had in used car salesmen. We purchased our vehicle with the assurance that a lot of work had been done to the car by his mechanics. We purchased the car and paid above KBB and NADA prices because of this additional work. After less than 3 months and 3000 miles, we began to have overheating issues. Follow-up and testing by my mechanic found that the head gaskets were blown. This is a significant issue on this make and model of car and I was assured it had been fixed properly. Not so much. I contacted Greg in an attempt to resolve the issue and was told he would "help" me. I had to bring the car to him and his people would look at it and fix it. I declined that offer since his people had already allegedly fixed this issue prior to our purchase. I offered to split the repair bill from my mechanic to fix it properly and he declined. Considering the repair was slightly more than $1500 I thought it was a very fair deal. I would stay as far from this dealership as you can. He is very charismatic and will tell you anything you want to hear including verbal guarantees on his work but won't stand behind them. Deal with this business at your own risk. read more

We decided to buy a used Honda and Cars2you had 5 with in my budget so we went there. Greg (Grigor) is very nice and let me test drive all the cars. When I picked one out and asked him if I could take it to my own mechanic to have him look at it, Greg said sure, no problem. My mechanic really couldn't find anything wrong, but suggested I ask for replacement wiper blades, spare tire and battery, and Greg said sure, no problem. He replaced all that and then the serpentine belt, cause he said his mechanic said it needed to be replaced. This is not only a great car, but we got a great deal and Greg was very, very, nice and helpful. He kept saying he wants customers for life, and will do anything in the future to make us happy too! This is one of the best used car lots. Great selection, on site mechanics, $30.00 oil change and refill all fluids. I had shopped on line, called Greg about the car I was interested in and by the time I had Made it there, the car was washed, gassed up and ready for me to take on a test drive. Greg said "drive it until your sure you want it or to look at something else. Doesn't get better than that! The price was great and they offered to buy my current car at a very fair price! I emptied everything from my old car and put it into the new car, they financed me at their credit union ( now my new credit union) for a lower interest rate then my own credit union offered) One hour later I m singing off key in my new vehicle on my way home! My wife found a nice looking Civic for a decent price, which alone is something to stop on. After test driving on the windiest day in history, Greg not only gave us a full run down of the car while the Autocheck was printing, and then went over it in detail with my wife and I. Phenomenal. Then to top it all off, while our bank was getting back to us, we toured his garage. His mechanic was elbow deep in a full scale overhaul and were troubleshooting on the run. Double Phenomenal.
