As a second and worse example, they removed peeling lead paint in an improper way that created a hazard in my bathroom. They didn't attempt to use lead certified contractors, and their own worker was inhaling lead dust. I ended up having to get DBI involved to get them to do their work properly. Even the owner of my place doesn't think they do a good job. Most property managers are crap, and I think that's true here. Marilyn might be nice, but the people who operate the business are not competent.

We have had rodents and bed bugs issues in the building drag on and on because this guy doesn't know how to function. He didn't notice a bill for the building go up from $200 to $800 dollars and we lost $5k because of it, and how long he takes to send financial reports (less than once a year). His performance has gotten even worse after he got his cataract surgery.
