For example, one of their workers let a stranger into our builder who attempted to break into apartments. As a second and worse example, they removed peeling lead paint in an improper way that created a hazard in my bathroom. They didn't attempt to use lead certified contractors, and their own worker was inhaling lead dust. I ended up having to get DBI involved to get them to do their work properly. Even the owner of my place doesn't think they do a good job. Most property managers are crap, and I think that's true here. Marilyn might be nice, but the people who operate the business are not competent.
