I really wanted to love this place but it was just ehhh. Staff not very friendly, but my main issue was the pedicure. She literally did not rub my feet AT ALL. She rubbed my calves for maybe 1 minute total. I thought she was joking when she said I was all done. My feet did not get massaged at all, like what's the point of a pedicure with no massage? I wish I would've just gotten a polish change. I talked to the owner about it when I was paying and he gave me $10 off, which I thought was very nice, and I hate to complain on stuff like this, but I felt totally bamboozled paying for a pedicure when I got no massage. The guy who did my nails was good, the design turned out OK, he was quick and thorough, so no complaints about him. I just can't get over how awful the pedicure was, truly the worst I've had in my entire life. The salon and overall is great, calming and pretty however the workers and yhe way they treat you is terrible. I went to get my nails done and i did regular acrylics with a french tip and it cost $85 i was getting thrown here and there and was getting treated terribly by the workers. The lady who was doing my nails didn't talk me over the price or anything. I've been seeing Katie for almost a year and she does a great job every time. One time I broke my nail really badly to the point it was bleeding. When I came in to have her fix it she was SO gentle with getting the rest of the acrylic off. Then one time I wanted to add a pedicure a few days before my appointment and they got me in no problem. I had an appointment at Belle Nail Spa. When I arrived for my appointment (5 Minutes early), I was told I had to wait another 45 minutes. Ridiculous. Not the experience I was hoping for. For the prices I was expecting to leave feeling pampered. Not the case at all. The pedicure wasn't terrible, but not great either. And the manicure I received was rushed. The manicurist wasn't a perfectionist, she was sloppy and a bit snooty. I won't be coming back or recommending this place to friends. read more

This salon is very nice and they try to make it calming with water fountain noises. First, this is all well and good but all of the employees literally scream across the salon at each other in Vietnamese. So if you are sitting in front of a woman, you are likely to be screamed directly at you while getting your nails done. One woman has a voice that will shatter glass, so this is one reason that I would not return. Second, the woman who can shatter glass wears VERY LITTLE clothing. I don't want someone to do my nails who is wearing a bandeau top and shorts that cover very little. Totally unprofessional. Vin normally does my nails but he was busy. He is extremely good and I would continue going to him except they likely won't want me after this review. 1) Dip + gel coating total price: $87.50 (completely overpriced) 2) Cuticles not trimmed. 3) Edges of nails not gel coated 4) Dip not covering entire nail 5) Dip not adhered to nails 6) Literally looks like this blobs on my nails like my nails are clubbed or something. Since I didn't make an appointment I had to go to the barely clothed lady. She terribly cleaned my cuticles. I wanted Deep purple with a sparkle over it. She literally told me that I could use the purple dip with a sparky black dip layer that will be transparent on the nails. So I get passed off to another woman named Haley. It became very obvious that it was impossible to see thru the black coating. The unclothed woman said to me that I knew this...I was like "no one is going to change their mind on what they said to me regarding the color". She was trying to backtrack. So then Haley said, "well why didn't you tell me early...there's no time to do this [meaning correct it]. She drilled off the top layer and just plopped more purple on it. I wound up with what looked like blobs on my fingernails. And I didn't really see this until I got home and realized just how bad my $87.50 manicure was. I called the salon and they wanted me to have Vin correct it. The owner of the salon then called me to ask if Haley could please fix the manicure because then she can keep the money. I told him that I would rather have Vin do it, but if it was important I would keep Haley this one time, despite not wanting to do this. I had an appointment to come in. When I get there, Haley starts speaking to me in a very loud voice "you LIKED the manicure when you left! If you want me to change it, you need to PAY". The owner assured me that I was not going to be paying, the manicure would be completely redone and handled in a professional manner. Haley was so offensive when I got there. Clearly she did not want to do anything without more money which clearly I was not going to pay. I told them to give me my money back then. Then Haley yelled "we don't give money back...you HAPPY!" At this point, the owner was on the phone and I think he told them to give me my money back which they did. Clearly Haley had NOT been notified that she would redoing my salon. It shocked me that she wanted more of my money (for her to get paid for her time). This is a nicely put together salon and I can see why it would be rated "luxury". The unclothed lady and Haley completely ruined the experience. I just couldn't believe that I was literally having to listen to screaming in the salon in Vietnamese. All of the staff yell across the salon constantly. It was legit and nice that he gave me my money back, but it's a shame the place gets ruined by the behavior of the most of the employees. Great experience with Ombre nails. Have been there twice now. My last visit I had a dip manicure and gel pedicure done, and they look so beautiful. Jenny and Krystal teamed up and made me feel so relaxed, which was what I needed on my day off. They were very professional, calming and did an amazing job. I like how the technicians open a sterile kit in front of you and that the salon is peaceful. There is no loud banter in a foreign language here, the staff is so professional in that regard. Looked at reviews and I wanted to try. Came in for my appointment with Kelly for a new set. Had dip powder on. She seemed upset that I had that on my nails. Told me 10 dollars more to take it off. Everything looked good. Until I was driving back to my house and noticed that they are crocked and the tips aren't fitting my nails right. My boyfriend didn't even like them. My nail tech Jenny is fabulous & Donna is awesome with my pedicures. The Ombre Nail Lounge is clean and the staff is so organized. I'm usually done with both my dip/fill & pedicure within 75-90 minutes. I love that once you make the appointment, you are immediately notified by text to confirm the appoint. I typically call 1-2 days prior to make my appts. The nail techs are always on time. The bathrooms are very clean as well!! read more

Came here two weeks ago with a girlfriend for a much needed pedicure! It had been 3+ months since my last pedi and I was looking forward to some pampering and also a little nervous how nail salons were running things. This place was very clean and sanitary! They ask you to wear a mask while having your service done, and ask you to sign in and wash your hands when you enter. Was a customer of this salon since they first opened but today was likely the last trip here. Came with my fiancé for the manicures and pedicures before our wedding this weekend. While we got started on pedicures another tech arrived to help get started on the manicure. Great - I appreciate efficiency. That's where greatness ended. Before I could say anything she took clippers (!!) to my beautiful long natural nails and hacked them to the shortest length possible. I was terrified. But you can't exactly undo that. She started filing to shape them and as went on the situation only got worse. I am sitting right now with well finished manicure but nails look like they belong to a 5 year old who bites her nails. What the actual hell?! Who does that. When I tried talking to the front desk girl about options to fix it because this weekend is my wedding and it's important to me she simply said 'you were happy with the work there is nothing we can do. Come back next month when your nails recover.' Yes I was happy with the dip job. But the atrocity that is my nail shape is really the worst my hands have ever looked. And they refused to try to remedy and fix in any way. Not to mention that my fiancé's manicure is less finished than what he usually does himself. How is that acceptable?! I really enjoyed my first experience at Ombré nails. The business decor was modern, white and chrome and appeared to be very clean when I first walked in. All staff wore masks and sanitized their stations between customers. The staff was friendly and upbeat. I had a Recharge Gel Mani/Pedi by Krystal and Ten. I went in for a fill and a pedicure. The pedicure wasn't horrible but they did dig a little deep in the sides of my nails. And my nail tech didn't do a thorough enough job. He left my sides of my fingers dirty polish on the sides. He didn't really do the design close to what I wanted. He would continuously go on his phone and just had a bit of a sass attitude. You would think Upon walking in and the Relaxing ambience that you're in for a treat and a good experience, Which my First visit was excellent. However my second visit not so much . Made an appointment ahead of time just to get there and wait an hour for them to tell me they could not do the service in which I wanted. Which can have been easily explained over the phone before I stepped in . They left me sitting at the chair to whereas I had to get up and walk out without any acknowledgment very unprofessional. I was frustrated that I had to ask and repeat myself multiple times and get ignored and when answered felt that I was a bother to you as a customer - I was handed 10 colors - not 150 as stated in your last message of the OPI colors I asked if I could see more colors and your reply was " not in if you have to be out at 1:00" so I chose the color white because I did not like the other colors - it has only been 6 days after and even the OPI color have peeled off and I have had multiple people tell me they had the same experience. I have been in customer service and I try my best to make my customers feel welcomed and comfortable and I felt very uncomfortable and that is why I will be going somewhere else. This salon is a true gem. It's very welcoming, clean, and serene. It was my first time here, and John, the owner, gave me a Cleopatra pedicure. Wow! It was amazing! Expressed my dissatisfaction from the shape and overall quality to the fact I had BLEEDING FINGER TIPS...owner told me they didn't have time to file/fix and suggested I go elsewhere - they "tried their best". The nail lounge is beautiful; however, looks can be deceiving. I just experienced the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. First, I was placed in a chair that was straight up and down. There wasn't a way to recline. I had indicated it was first time visit to the lounge, based on a referral. As soon as I was put in the chair, I immediately asked for a standard reclining chair & I was told, "next time." Then over & over, I was asked to relax my fingers. I indicated how my back hurt in the chair & relaxing anything was very difficult. The manicurist wanted to know who had placed me in the chair & if I had said I would prefer a different chair, I said I had. Not only was I sitting straight up and down, they had me turned sideways to do my manicure at the same time. Again, I said it was difficult to relax while balancing all they had in my lap & turn sideways, especially since I said my back was extremely uncomfortable! The manicurist said the chair wasn't very easy for her to complete her job either. At some point, I was told, there was "nothing that could be done" to fix the awkward & extremely uncomfortable situation. When the person doing the pedi tried to adjust my leg, I could tell the mani person was telling her not to move me bc things were sliding off. It was a complete disaster!! Besides the chair, the leg massage was almost non-existent as was the mani massage. I was not asked if I liked either the mani or pedi job that was done. I spent $50 for a standard gel pedi & $35 for a standard mani. For $85 worth of service, done in a little less than an hour, I would advise anyone to find a different nail lounge. When I checked out, the gentleman knew I was extremely unhappy & said nothing, which is just BAD business, especially if they want repeat customers! It was extremely disappointing sitting there & watching other customers directly in front of me reclined in massage chairs with their eyes shut relaxing, while I sat cockeyed balancing things on my lap. It was a complete waste of money & time, especially since I will need to go to my normal salon & have the very thick amount of gel piled into my nails removed. Four coats of gel & a bottom & top coat is an extreme amount of polish & it shows by the look of my very thick nails. Again, looks are deceiving...pretty place doesn't equal beautiful well done work or great service! Word of mouth is important for a business & I will never recommend this nail lounge to anyone!! Once I was placed in the chair & told to place my feet in the water, no one was around. I saw a pillow a few chairs down & physically placed my flops back on & walked to grab the pillow. At that time, I assessed the reclining chair availability & saw that I could have been easily accommodated to a reclining chair. While sitting there, I noticed two camera's to my left & right. Ombre can go back to their own security/video footage & look for themselves, that my simple request could have been easily handled, the wobbling of the gel heater, the pulling of my hands & feet, the techs skipping my massage(s)...etc. 2. Second, simply bc something cost more does not mean it is better. I was very clear that I had a bad back & was extremely uncomfortable. I was told I could have the chair of my choice "next time." However, that's a business assuming there would be a next time!? Obviously, if they refuse to listen to my voice, a next time visit is not a guarantee. As I stated in my original review, it was my 1st visit...and 1st impressions speak loudly! 3. Yes, two techs were working on me together. They were also arguing/discussing back-and-forth to one another bc the nail tech was pulling on my hands & the pedi tech was moving my feet. The switching of each (leg/hand) caused the gel nail heater light to wobble around the small pillow sitting on my lap making it difficult fir everyone. Also, due to them rushing me out, they both completely skipped over my hand & calf. massage(s). The lotion was placed on & immediately rinsed off. Oil was out on my hand...no rubbing @ all. 4. I am no stranger to receiving regular mani/pedi's. I did ask for a top layer of glitter gel. However, the nail tech was fully aware I would be doing the glitter coat & should have adjusted doing 4-layers of regular gel polish. Further, I only had one color on my toes & still received 4-layers of just polish...plus bottom & top coat (6-total) making my nails & toes extremely thick. 5. Hong H. discusses how appoint clients vs. walk-ins are accommodated. I was a walk-in customer. I also came in close to closing time. There were only a couple clients, who came in after I did. The point to mentioning this is also to show, there were plenty of reclining chairs available to safely space me out from other customers. read more

Hands down the worse salon I've gone to. I got a normal pedicure. when I left the salon I noticed it was completely wrinkled and chipped. I contacted them to let them know what had happened and got no response and the wouldn't fix it. For a salon charging 45 for a basic NO gel pedicure it really shouldn't have turned out this poorly within minutes. there's amazing salons out there who value customers. this salon isn't one of them. I came in 3 times. First time i did my nails was about a year ago, I think it was decent. NOW it's story time. The last 2 previous times I came in was HORRIBLE. I came in the second time, got a mani. I did not like them. I thought whatever it's fine I'll give them another shot. I come about a few months later. Book a mani & pedi. The mani wasn't good, idk what I payed for because it just felt like I got nail polish slapped on and that's it. No cleaning, no filing, not a good job painting the nails. It just made me upset. I said whatever, it's not that serious because it's on your feet and no one will be staring at your toes. Mid pedi, they start doing my nails at the same time. In my opinion I don't mind I just think it's unprofessional and would like to do them separate. It makes me feel rushed and I don't feel comfortable stretching my arms across the whole chair for 30 minutes. Let me just throw out that these are two guys who in my opinion do NOT have their license because from what it felt like they didn't know what they were doing. Now I'm getting to the bad part. I head over to do the mani and it's just a horrible experience, it made me want to throw up. I kept asking to get the acrylic thinner, it was VERY THICK. I wish I took a picture. I was shocked!!! He put down his nail filer thingy and began putting dip. I quickly stopped him and asked him if he were done filing the nails and he said yes. The nails were no where done being filed, it was ridiculously thick and ugly!! I politely asked him to stop doing them and if someone who knew what they were doing could please finish them because I was not comfortable with him doing them at this point. He took a while doing them, I believe they began to close the store but I was still half way done. The female nail artist began to file them. It hurt a little but I was ok with it if it meant to get semi normal nails. At this point I regret booking and giving them another chance. She precedes to finish up and does not do the design I ask her, I ask her to pls redo it and show her a picture with what I'm asking her again.. she redos it for the second time and I don't like it, the design isn't what I'm asking her. I ask her again for the third time, it came out wrong, I give up and just say they're ok with no design and just stuck with a basic pink color. The experience was just twice as bad as the last time. I've never felt so stressed out at a salon before. DEFINITELY will not be coming back. This is just my experience, I'm sure that are probably better nail techs.
