Seriously amazing. I've never had someone take such care and effort into my nails. Tiffany is a true artist and I'm glad to have a beautiful new nail spot just down the street from my apartment. If you need something new to try, Tiffany showed me the Opal colors and they are a mix of iridescent and Cat eye effect, very beautiful! I had an acrylic fill and she fixed my broken nail for me. She has an eye for detail and really took her time to make them perfect. The second time I went I had a basic pedicure. Both experiences were more than just a basic experience. This nail lounge has serious communication issues. I had called 2 weeks before my wedding to make an appointment for armpit wax/mani/pedi for me, mani for my mom and mani for my fiancé. They confirmed over the phone for 10:30 am. I wanted to ask about their dipping nails and so 5 days before my scheduled appt, I called to follow up and they said that they didn't have our appt recorded down - like what?!? So they made another appt for 10:30 am. The morning of, I get a text saying I'm late for my appt at 9:30 am !! Well of course because I was told my appt was at 10:30 am. So of course I head there immediately and arrive 30 mins late to my supposed 9:30 am appt. It's obvious that I've caused an inconvenience to their schedule so my fiancé canceled his mani and I was only eligible for a basic mani/pedi when I had said I was interested in dipping over the phone and wanted to see more and decide when I got there. They said "we only have certain techs who can do dipping and the time you booked was only 30 minutes". They did the mani chairside as I was doing my pedicure, after I was done there was definitely a lull with only 2-3 patrons in the entire salon - yes I walked through the entire place at 11 am after I finished. Why couldn't they be more flexible? Furthermore in their rush, they cut my ring finger (mind you this is days before my WEDDING) and pressed so hard while cleaning my cuticles that the nail polish had this 1-2 mm gap between my cuticles and where the nail polish started - looks weird. Sparkles are an extra $5. Basically, if you're coming to this salon, they aren't very patient if you're indecisive or want to try many things. They even mentioned to me that my mom took "a long time" to choose what nail polish color she wanted, it was her first manicure in her life - give her a break! Come prepared with pictures and extensive knowledge of the 1000 things they offer unless you enjoy people staring at you and rushing you all morning. Very stressful experience. Oh yeah, forgot to add that while I was getting my armpits waxed and was naked, a little girl walked in not once, but twice. I'm all for the family friendly vibes and all but don't act like you're a bougie professional salon if you have little kids walking in on your clients. In response to Hong's vehement response: -I had traveled from Philadelphia to Folsom to get my nails done and our wedding was taking place in Napa. I had the entire morning blocked off for nails so yes, we had a strict itinerary. With the many good reviews of this salon, I didn't think I'd have to set aside an entire day for nails in case "something went wrong", that's just not practical -In all my years of Yelping, never have I ever had such an unprofessional, defensive and rude response from a business owner. Even with hair dye jobs gone wrong, I've had business owners reach out for an apology and for an opportunity to get it right and corrected. My job as a Yelp Elite of 5 years is to report an accurate experience from my point of view and this is it. I called in for a French tip acrylic with gel polish without the pedicure and asked for a definite price before I came in and was told $65. When I came in it wasn't very busy but I still had to wait at least 10 minutes before anyone came to assist me. When the woman did come to do my service I told her what I wanted ( a plain acrylic French tip with gel polish) and she still asked to see a picture. I pulled up a picture of nothing fancy and at the end of my service when I went to pay, she said she had to charge me $15 extra because a curve (which I didn't ask for) was considered a design. So I paid $85 in total but didn't trip because that's how much I would usually pay at my normal salon( but with an actual pedicure). But the nails started breaking 2 weeks later where as they would usually last at least a month. read more

This is my go-to salon for my nails and toes. I followed Tiffany from her previous salon. While I miss her doing my nails - I rarely have any problems at all! Not everything is perfect, there was one time that I didn't get what I wanted. I was so tired and not willing to advocate in that moment - it was at a time when all the "senior" nail techs were not there so no one was able to fix it. Could I have left? Yep. But, I got something different and moved on with my day. I love the variety of colors they have for Dip/Gel/Polish. In particular I like the fact that I can pick a color for dip for my nails and I can get the same color in polish for my toes. Soooo much easier. Prices are great for manicures/dip power. I Pedicures are fantastic! I know for certain that everything is clean because I can see them being cleaned and everything being opened in front of me. Many options on a pedicures and it's fun to have a true relaxing experience. The prices are reasonable for basic or premium pedicures. New options for candles/moisturizer are a nice addition. I walked in today and got seated right away I was told they could only do a pedicure but they may have time to do my nails :) I ended up being able to do both. It was a wonderful experience it is such a classy place very clean good music great staff. My mani was amazing although that alone cost $115 I did the $95 dollar gold pedi with French tip gel and for my nails I did the Ombré pink coffin nails they turned out amazing at $80 bucks I was there for 2 hours. I would absolutely go there again. Just know it's going to cost you but you get what you pay for or at least in my case I did. It was super cute they had Mother's Day specials and had a really cute Mother's Day photo backdrop for folks to take their pictures at. All the customers were happy. Giving two stars for my first few positive visits, but won't be back after my visit today with Jenny. I asked for a fill with small glitter accent. As she was working she kept pulling my fingers irritated and didn't talk to me or ask me or show me until it was too late. The glitter was obviously ugly. I paid $55 and tipped 20% I really wasn't happy and called 10 mins later to ask to paint over. They would only fix if I came back several hours later and paid another $30. Disappointed in the lack of customer service or pride in your work. The owner was no help either.
