Helen rushed through my nails so fast and it shows. I wasn't going to have her fix everything, but after I left I was so disappointed. I called right after I left to see if I could turn back and have them remove it all and they tried to turn the story around on me! The girl on the phone said I did the same thing to Helen before and complained afterwards, but Helen never did my nails before. This was the first time I complained and asked them to fix my nails. I am new to the area, and today was my first and last visit to this salon. I made an appointment for pedi and to change dip nails to gel, and specifically requested both services be done at the same time which they said was no problem. Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and ended up waiting 15 minutes+ to get taken back to soak my feet, and they did not have me down for simultaneous services. Ended up waiting another 15+ minutes for pedi tech, whi was very nice and did a good job on what she did do. That said, because it took so long I had to ask her to skip the massage, and I had to skip doing my nails too. They took off the dip and cut and filed. They gave me the excuse of being behind because they had a lot of customers who wanted really fancy nails. Wth. People want fancy nails at all the salons and plenty of them stick to schedule. I was there for 1 hour and 20 minutes and got half a pedi and dip take off. No offer for discount for the inconvenience either, charged for pedi and take off. I have an event Wednesday and will drive 35 minutes back to my regular place to get my nails done. Very disappointing. Salon also smelled of acrylic which I would have overlooked had the rest of the experience not been so terrible, but may as well note that too. read more

Holy crap. This place is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Clean, bright, friendly & attentive staff. 12/10 would recommend. I had an appointment and didn't get started until about 20 minutes after -- BUT I didn't mind because not only was John extremely apologetic, I could tell he was running behind because he chooses quality over quantity. Funny how they had the time to bash my review, but didn't have time to do a good service. Don't come here unless you want these money hungry monsters to mess up your nails and mood. Cleanliness: 5/5 you wash your hands before anything happens; all new tools. Paint job: 3/5 see picture for reference, not the best at painting light colors Color selection: 1/5 I've never been to a salon with this limited selection of colors and I was underwhelmed. Instead of blaming me for messed up nail beds, who's fault was it that filed them so thin,hard and fast. The previous salon never files my nails before before putting on tips for acrylics so it's obvious your nail tech recklessly filed them to that condition. My nails never looked like that before after a GENTLE acrylic removal and getting a normal gel manicure after from other places. Take some responsibility instead of being offended. Your salon isn't that great to be even charging those price points and treating customers like they have never gotten manicures before in their lives. Maybe they should learn to paint all the way to the cuticle line and practice filing off gently. Your responses aren't concise or clear either. According to CDC a child over the age of 2 should be wearing a mask. She said she was 4 years old. I clearly stated she was approaching the nail tech in front of me which is not 6 feet and I never mentioned she was talking to me. The customer next to me your daughter was talking to didn't have a mask on either and was eating her food. I get a gel pedicure every time and they always confirm if I'm okay with the $15 extra charge for gel- no surprises! Very clean!! I get that it was busy but that's why I made an appointment, you should not take walk-ins if you have customers that make appointments. After waiting for an hour before getting started it just felt rushed, then my nail tech started my nails while doing my pedicure, it was quit uncomfortable and not relaxing at all, I also was not a fan of the color on my toes and when I said so, she just told me it was a beautiful color. I really wanted to like this place a lot. They did a fantastic job on my nails BUT my appointment was at 12:30 and I was not seen until 1pm and they finally started my pedicure at 1:15. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure and for the price I paid I would've expected a much longer massage with the manicure. Sadly they just put some lotion on my arms and basically just rubbed it in without any sort of a massage. I'm so disappointed because I thought I was really going in for a treat and it sadly did not deliver. read more

The space is contemporary and clean, and the staff was receptive to me coming in even though I didn't have an appointment. Upon entering they asked all clients to wash their hands before looking at the polish colors and using their self check-in tablet. The gentleman who did my nails did a fantastic job and really took time filing, shaping, and trimming my cuticles which makes such a big difference in the finished product. Rude staff, sloppy work and they rush the experience. Water was boiling hot, then when I asked for them to cool it down, they made it cold. Employee walked away several times for extended periods of time and would chit chat with other workers during your service. She enjoyed the place just as much as I did. Wonderful service and the staff accommodated for us to sit next to each other (I actually get along with my MIL ) even though we got different services.
