Yes Natural Nail Boutique is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY but if there's no appointments available you can always try checking the following day (that's what I did; I checked on a Wednesday with no luck and then when I looked again on Thursday there suddenly was a Friday appointment available). She also requested the deluxe pedicure but as soon as the guy finished trimming her nails and with the callus remover, he started painting her nails. He didn't give her the mud, the mask, a massage, or any lotion. When she questioned him, he pumped out some lotion and did a subtle massage. When it was time to pay, we informed them that my mom didn't get a deluxe pedicure. Instead of really being remorseful or really apologetic. They brought the guy to the front told him some stuff (in their home language) and tried to claim she got a deluxe version. When we said what was not included, the lady finally charged us accordingly. This place is really just a joke. I think it is a little deceptive to try to charge for a service that wasn't rendered. Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere.
