Wow! This place is a treat! Surprisingly popular with men too (I overheard one customer talking about how she wished her husband would come get his feet cleaned up because she always sees other men here, and during my visit I saw one man who was probably in his 60's finishing up before me, then while I was waiting for my ride another man who was probably in his early 80's!). My nail tech was fantastic. I appreciated that the tools used came out of one of those blue sanitary packs (post service I was offered the files that were used for my feet and toes to take home), and the products used were quality too. The scrub smelt delicious (fall/pumpkin season inspired) and felt perfect (not too rough, not too delicate). The polishes offered are Ella & Mila (I don't recall what the gel offerings were). I got the most expensive pedicure available at the time (#TreatYoSelf) as I was in town for a wedding and wanted to do something a little luxurious. After tax it was $75. Yes Natural Nail Boutique is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY but if there's no appointments available you can always try checking the following day (that's what I did; I checked on a Wednesday with no luck and then when I looked again on Thursday there suddenly was a Friday appointment available). Worst pedicure EVER!!! 1. They should have pictures on the website so we know the chairs are different than all the other pedicure chairs in the world, so we'll know if it works for our particular situation. I couldn't hold my legs upright to accommodate her work station and I asked her to scoot her chair back so I could extend my keg and had something to hold it up, but she didn't. So, I was left in a situation where I had to accommodate her instead of her accommodating me.. 2. I booked the Signature Gel Pedicure, which was supposed to be an hour and a half, she finished in an hour. 3. The callous removal lasted less than 30 seconds on each foot and she used soft strokes like a feather, nothing that would actually make my feet softer 3. The "extended" hydrating massage was 3 minute on one foot and 2 minutes on the other, I assumed "extended" would have lasted much longer. 4. I asked her what type of oil she was using, and she told me it was a "blend", i specifically used them because I wanted a more natural botanical product on my skin and so I asked because I really wanted to know what type of oil read more

I had a pedicure here and it was FABULOUS! The variety of colors offered is more extensive than anywhere else; Lulu's custom art work is AMAZING! I used to work in a spa and keep a pro license. Because I intimately know the health code, it's become really hard for me to get my nails done...I not only know what corners are being cut, but I know the health risks being taken by cutting those corners. This is the first place I could actually relax because it's SO CLEAN, and the staff is actually given enough time to properly clean the work stations and tools in between each client. In true spa-fashion, each nail tech is solely focused on her client for the duration of the service. If you want to talk, they'll cheerfully chat with you; if you just want to relax, they'll let you. You will not be ignored while the nail techs all chat with each other here. I cannot recommend Yes Natural Nail Boutique or Lulu highly enough!!! read more

I've been coming here for over two years now!!! These laddies are so awesome and know how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They offer you water or tea just to add to the luxury that this place is. They sanitize their tools they clean right after you you leave ( I know this because when I'm getting my pedi I saw one of the awesome women clean after her client left) it gives me piece of mind knowing that I'm taken care of. It is my appointment only so don't think you walk right in and ask for a pedi or mani. They do this to give the proper time to each client. They do get busy especially on sandal season so keep that in mind when you want to book. Obviously I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

Wowww this salon is boujee!! The vibes and the aesthetics are so cute. They focus on natural and vegan nail care with a line of polishes that the owner developed herself. I went to get my acrylics removed because my other nail tech is out of town. Usually nail techs will just pop acrylic nails off painfully, but Lindsay was so great; she soaked my nails and took them off in a longer but painless and careful manner, which I very much appreciated. I didn't super love my individual nail tech - despite the design to be ergonomically better for employees, she kept making me lift and hold my leg straight out so she could work on my feet at a different angle, and I just can't hold up my legs that long... :( She was going to be leaving the state though so I'll gladly give one of the other girls a try. No acrylics done here so there isn't that strong - and very dangerous - chemical smell pouring out the door. It was a bit hard for me to get an appointment because I only had a few windows of opportunity and they fill up fast! So I made one for three weeks out. They have a great online booking set up so you can see availability right away. Didn't love that she put my shoes on before actually doing my nails. A. it made the pics look ugly of my cute, cute toes (wore ugly shoes!) B. my feet kept slipping and I had to work really hard to keep them in place so the polish wouldn't get messed up! Just not a relaxing experience at all, but that may have been due to the specific tech. Six weeks later and that polish is staying strong! It's all grown out of course so I'm due for a replacement, but the polish felt solid and hasn't ever chipped. I love it! I was a fan of Yes Organic Boutique so I watched them grow and expand to include a nail salon. I'm so happy I've finally gotten to become a customer and will definitely be back! read more

I have thanked my lucky stars over and over again for this wonderful oasis to our neighborhood. I've been coming here since they opened and have never left disappointed. The ambience here is beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. They offer great tasting tea for you to sip while you get your nails done and Renee, my nail-tech always leaves my tootsies looking on point. Side note: This is hard to do because I am a runner and I'm constantly abusing my feet/nails. The shop is filled with beautiful plants and the pedicure stations are gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. It also smells nice in there. There is no acrylic nail or chemical smell present here. Recently, my daughter and her close friends received mini mani/pedis to celebrate her 5th birthday. The staff did an excellent job painting their itty bitty nails and they even played Disney music for them which was a hit! Such an amazing spot! So relaxing, and such a different atmosphere than most nail salons. I loved that there were plants everywhere, and it wasn't full of a chemical smell. I haven't had any good experiences at the strip mall nail salons. Those salons use toxic polishes and polish removal solutions. Those salons smell terrible and one was so stinky I had to leave because the fumes were giving me a terrible headache. I feel those businesses are unsafe for the workers as they are in contact with those fumes for hours at a time. I am very pleased that I found Yes Natural Nail Boutique. The salon is clean, the air is good, and the mani and pedicurists are know what they are doing. In fact, some are cosmetology instructors at CNM. This is just a little oasis of a nail spot! The actual business itself is just gorgeous and relaxing--dark, natural wood and the greenest, happiest plants. All of the employees were friendly and greeted me when I came in. It was easy to make an appointment by calling (but you can also just hop online). From the very first step of easily scheduling my appointment online, to the ambience of the salon, to the expertise of my nail tech, Brittany B, and finally to the beautiful and durable finished product, I had such an excellent appointment. Brittany handily incorporated my specific requests and addressed all of my concerns. And! Her technique was excellent. Not a single stray smudge on this classic red pedi...DANG! Even now, two weeks after my appointment, my tootsies are still shiny, chip-free perfection. The price for a standard pedicure is more than you'd pay at your run of the mill nail salon. However, given what I've already mentioned, plus the fact that all of the products are organic and chemical free AND I can schedule online at my convenience is worth every penny.
