We are in the process right now to give me new crowns to get my beautiful smile back. It's been long hours, but pain free and recovery has been quicker than expected. Robert does my teeth cleaning, and he is the best. Kind, gentle and always attentive and ready to pause at a moment's notice if there should be any discomfort. He tunes into you very well. Update:01/28/2026 I…read morevisited a highly recommended dentist at a different office and learned that the information provided by Goodyear Orthodontics was inaccurate. I was told I had a one-surface filling, when in fact it is a four-surface filling, which now requires a crown and possibly a root canal. The new dentist could physically see the cavity, raising serious concerns about how this office failed to diagnose obvious decay. It is unacceptable for a dental practice to miss decay that is visible both on X-rays and to the naked eye. Dentistry should be about saving teeth, not allowing them to deteriorate for future financial gain. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this office. If I could give negative stars, I would. In 2019, Dr. Ashton placed a crown on tooth #3. From the beginning, the crown created a significant food trap. At every six-month cleaning, I repeatedly complained about this issue. Each time, I was told everything "looked fine," despite my concerns and despite the fact that I previously worked in a dental office and knew something was wrong. At my most recent cleaning on December 29, 2025, I again reported the food trap. Nothing was done. However, the hygienist always seemed to find issues with my gums -- yet the crown itself was never addressed. 3 weeks after my cleaning the crown came off. I was informed that I now have a cavity under the crown. This office now wants to charge me $600-$1,000 for a replacement crown -- for a failure that should never have happened. This office watched a crown fail over several years, ignored repeated complaints, and now expects me to pay for their poor workmanship. This feels less like healthcare and more like a money funnel -- substandard work designed to fail so patients return for expensive treatments years later. I am extremely disappointed. I strongly encourage anyone who has experienced issues with this office to file a complaint with their dental insurance provider and the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners.

I received a cheerful welcome and nice conversation upon arrival at the front desk. I believe it was Christina. Her pleasant conversation helped to pass the time while I waited. Once in, I met Dr. Smith. This guy is perma-happy! I received the Novocaine injection after an inception of the tooth. I really dread these, but this injection was almost completely pain free and the most gentle I've ever received! Dr. Smith explained the repair options and cost. The explanation made perfect sense and I could tell that this would be a long term repair. In addition Dr. Smith would tell me what he was doing and what percent complete the task was. I have never been so well informed. During the procedure, Jamie and Tiffany assisted. I enjoyed the conversation so much that I almost didn't mind the procedure. In addition Tiffany did all of the measurement and fitting of the crown. The office and equipment is very modern. They imaged my tooth and immediately sent the crown request to the lab and created my temporary. On the way out, Stacy wrapped up with the payment and paperwork.
