The burgers here are pretty decent, however the wait time and customer service is horrible. Went here on a friday night and it was kinda of crowded but not really packed or anything like that. Despite that it took 10 minutes of standing in line just to order. There were only a few people ahead of us but for some reason it took forever to order. After ordering it took 22 minutes for us to get our order. That is just too long when it's not even that busy. They were taking online orders and were overwhelmed with those orders at the expense of the people actually in the store. Don't understand why after ordering, the guy had to take it from the tablet and then punch it into the POS system, the extra step was probably has something to do with taking online orders. They really need to figure that system out because despite the decent food the customer service and wait time will have me not returning anytime soon. read more

I love OMG Burger. The Sassy Jalapeño is my favorite. The restaurant is & clean & the service is good. They are always coming up with different kinds of burgers which is great. I need to try some different ones soon! The theme of the restaurant is cute too. Their OMG fries is okay. I've always been content with their food here because it tastes super fresh. I've had better burgers compared to this place. Came on a weekday in the morning and the place was empty. As soon as I walked in I noticed how sticky their floors were but at least the tables were clean. Decided to get the organic burger and was not to satisfied with the taste nor the price. They did have cool sodas that other places don't have. People working their didn't really make you feel comfortable it was just awkward. Something cool about this place was how they actually use real potatoes to make their fries so they tasted pretty natural compared to other places. Worst restaurant experience my wife and I have ever had. When you walk in you are greeted signs printed on their home computer reading "PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!" Yeah, we should have known then. We order and ask for a burger basket and another burger, no pickles on both, no onions on one, a cookie & cream shake and a soft drink. Not to difficult of an order. When we looked at the ticket, we notice it says no pickles no onions on both so I go tell them that one should have onions. After three people got involved, they finally said ok. 10 minutes after ordering, they come to tell me that they have no vanilla ice cream so I can't have my shake. I note that 10 minutes is a long time to wait to be told. I opt for water. Now, mind you, there was only one other party so it was not busy. A few minutes later out food appears. They got order wrong so they take it back to add the onions I noted already. The fries were cold and limp. The burger was so heavily salted that It was not good at all. There was so much of their 'special sauce' (1000 island dressing) that it had to be wiped off to eat. The meat was gray throughout, not cooked well done... just gray. Hard to think it ever started out pink. Fresh fries finally came and they were also so salty that they were inedible. I like salt! These were beyond simply seasoned! I got an apology, again, and a hand written FREE MEAL card. I tore it up and left it on the table. All this time the extended family was in the dining area with small children running into the kitchen and back out. Too bad we can not leave negative stars. read more

The owner rudely denied saying his kitchen is very busy when half of his restaurant was empty. Then the burgers came out without fries. It's obvious the owners have worked hard to change the staff and service. My husband insisted that we get a to-go order on Christmas Day, and our large order for 6 people came out perfectly and on time (maybe earlier than the time quoted on the phone). I know it's a burger place but I love the SMH grilled chicken sandwich. High quality food at a great price! I really like the FYI fries which are Cajun seasoned and made fresh daily. The food here is consistently excellent. My family and I can't get enough of it. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure we enjoy every time we visit. My wife is a vegetarian and to be accommodating, they have no issues cooking her food separately and on a clean area so that she doesn't have to have her food cooked along with the meat. Been looking forward to trying this since it opened but I'm honestly disappointed. It seems pretty quiet for a Friday night. Let's start off with the issues. 1) Crappy drink machine. I'm paying extra for a beverage and expect the Coke and sprite etc. instead it's overly sweetened and carbonated water that has a fancy name to it. The water was honestly better 2) If you're going to add cookies on top of my shake make sure they're not stale. But the cookies and cream shake was really good but not sure if it was $5 good. 3) Yay for a juicy burger but my burger fell apart completely. I ended up eating pieces of my burger. I've heard some good things about this place so decided to try it out. Walk in and it's small but has a certain smell to it that's not pleasant. Get up to the counter to order and the girl isn't even paying attention and to busy looking at other customers then looks at me as if I'm wasting her time. Yo!!!!!! This place is amazing. OMG for sure. I was truly impressed. I had the sassy jalapeño burger, Little chunks of fresh jalapeño inside a super flavorful beef patty. That's literally genius. The second time I went I had smh chicken sandwich. May I tell you? EVEN better, sautéed onions with bell peppers, cheese, jalapeños with a marinated chicken breast and a plethora of sauces, it is a mess to eat but it's truly worth it. Don't go here I wasted 60$ on burgers and fries. The fries were supposed to be Cajun seasoned and I got no seasoning. The bacon cheese burger had soggy bacon and the meat tasted like dirt. When we were on our way back from Houston to Austin, we stopped here in Katy,TX for a quick bite. What a great surprise:) We ordered the OMG! Original burger, OMG! Krispy chicken burger and the grilled chicken burger. All were really good in serving size, fresh and taste was satisfying. The fries were suprisingly fresh and crispy. Menu prices were very affordable considering it's an all Zabihah(halal) meat with fresh veggies. We paid less than $40 for 3 full size burgers and 1 combo meal(includes fries and refillable drink). Staff was professional and polite. Probably more popular as a take out place but has a small area for dine-in with 6-7 tables and some bar stool seating with 2 flat screen TV's playing sports.
