Nothing fancy, no added toppings, just meat cheese and veggies. Solid burger with great fries. I would have liked the fries more crispy but thats just a personal preference. I never leave restaurant reviews but for this one I had to. OMG burger is unbelievably overhyped. Based on all the positive reviews, we expected decent food, but what we got was absolutely terrible. We ordered four regular cheeseburgers--nothing complicated, just basic burgers--and somehow they still managed to get it wrong. One of the buns was so hard it was practically a rock. The sweet potato fries were fried beyond recognition. They were so overcooked you couldn't even tell they were supposed to be sweet potato fries. Then they brought out our chili cheese fries without the chili. When they finally corrected the order, it was honestly a joke. Their idea of "chili cheese fries" was a pile of fries topped with crumbled burger meat and two half-melted slices of cheese carelessly thrown on top. Calling that chili is a stretch. I genuinely do not understand the hype around this place. The food quality was awful, the execution was lazy, and the entire experience was disappointing. oh and the price for the meal was over $80 for a family of 4 and one of the meals was a kids meal. It was slightly too spicy for me, but I forgot to ask them to not put jalapeños on it. The inside was super cute! The staff were very friendly and helpful. He was a little muted but won't hold that against him. He still got a tip! The place was not busy at all, and the food was ready pretty quickly. I think it's a Halal place as well. Food - I ordered onion rings, my fav, and this was a good decision as they were yum, great breading, nice and hot, large portion came with ranch, loved all that. The Shroom Burger. While I wish it was medium rare instead of well done, the burger itself was yum. Nice portion of bread to meat, and was able to taste all the ingredients. I also ordered the Tornado Philly Burger, which I ate the next day, and it was good! My first visit to OMG! burger. Dang good burgers and fires. It's a little more than what you would normally pay but it worth it. Fresh, hot and so full with flavor. I got the Avengers burger and it had a bite. The service person was nice. You pick up food when done and fill up your beverage. We walked in and within 4 mins the place was packed and jumping with people. Families and friends enjoying the nice atmosphere and food. I have only ordered for here via DoorDash. I'd say their burgers are pretty solid and delicious. The to go packaging can be hit or miss. Sometimes the OMG sauce makes the burgers wet when they arrive. Chicken stuff is also good but can verge on the salty side. Overall I still really like this place even with the inconsistent results from the to go packaging. I still order here every now and then. I got the Kim chi hotdog and the diablo shrimp taco. The taco was yummy and spicy. I felt the tortilla was a bit big for it. The kimchi hot dog I took a couple bites but I was full. We venture off to Sugarland where a limited time (one day only) Nashville Hot Chicken Donut Sandwich is made. Someone did well with their Facebook ADs because that's how I saw this, so hopefully you will see this too. There's two spice levels (medium or hot). Both are very spicy (yay!) however the hot was more peppery and it lingered more. The coleslaw and pickles were nice, crunchy, and cooling. The donut was sweet and cut the spice a ton. The sandwich was excellent and I hope they bring this item back every once in a while as driving for this is better than waiting in line at Mico's for an hour. I was looking for a new spot to try for lunch and I was in the mood for a burger. This place popped up on Yelp! and I was game to try it out. Right off the bat, I noticed that the small dining area was dirty. There were napkins on the floor and the food baskets were piled up on one of the garbage bins (I had to switch tables, because the one I initially sat at was was sticky...as was the second table). The entire time I was there I never saw anyone visit the dining area. There were four people in the kitchen and one at the counter. I ordered the Holly Cow Burger (pronounced Holy, but not spelled that way). It came with the following: "Beef patty, aged cheddar cheese, topped with sauteed onions, pickles, and smoked BBQ sauce." I also made it a combo, which added a dink and fries. I got a Dr. Pepper, but the soda machine's carbonation wasn't working, so I had a cup of syrup. I told the girl behind the counter, but she shrugged her shoulders and offered me a canned soda (no Dr. Pepper). I noticed that several people were having the same experience. Can't understand why she couldn't get someone to fix that. Hmmm.... After a while, I got my burger and it was messy. I mean, every bite meant that I had to readjust the stack of ingredients. We had been wanting to try this place for a while, so when we were in the area after a concert at Smart Financial Centre, we decided to check it out for a late dinner. First impression - when we arrived, around 9:30pm, the dining area was packed. We walked in and everyone stared at us. No big deal for us since we are Indian and used to this from our people, but definitely something to note if you aren't used to this. We also noticed that the dining area was not clean. The floors were sticky as though they had not been mopped in at least a month, and the tables are white with an orange marble style design that makes it look like someone spilled turmeric on them. We made our way to the counter to order, and the girl that took our order was very soft spoken to the point that my husband had to ask her to speak up. The manager was standing nearby as well. We noticed that there were no available tables, and the manager said that by the time our food comes out a table should free up, which is exactly what happened. We finally sat down, but our table was never cleaned before seating. My husband and I grabbed some napkins and ended up wiping it off ourselves. Our food arrived and looked and tasted very good. My husband ordered the chicken Philly cheesesteak, which was very tasty. My younger son got a sweet & spicy chicken sandwich which he enjoyed. My older son got a regular cheeseburger which he said was delicious. We also ordered tater tots and curly fries, which seemed like the frozen Ore Ida ones that were just heated up. Overall, the burgers are good, but if a restaurant struggles to keep their small dining area clean, one can only imagine what their kitchen must look like.
