As someone who doesn't LOVE burgers, I can honestly say that I LOVE Shake Shack. There's something special about the burgers here. Maybe it's butter or something, but dang I savor every bite! The French fries are skippable, in my opinion. My mom and I shared a portion and that was good enough for me. I'd recommend trying their other sides, like the fried pickles (so tempting!). The ordering process is super easy with the option of "self checkout" and the people working are usually pretty sweet. Great flavors. Easy process. Only loses a star because of the fries. 4/5... loved it!

I enjoyed their burger. . .its been a long time since I've had one and this one did not disappoint. As soon as we entered we were helped by an employee that wanted to explain the ordering process to us, which helped a lot. While i did enjoy the food, I don't know how I feel about the cheese fries. The cheese seems like the same nacho cheese from Sam's. Ew. There is plenty of space to sit and dine as well Since the establishment is fairly new, it's really clean too. I highly recommend you visit and bring your family as well.

I was excited that Shake Shack decided to open up in my area. So, we went to try them out. There was a pretty hectic energy when we arrived. But, our order was ready and service by the staff was efficient. It was pretty clean inside this spot. They also had two drive thru lanes, which reminded me a lot of Chick-fil-A. We saw on their website that they had a July BOGO deal for their milkshakes if you sign up on their Shake Shack app and order between 2-5 pm. Here's a breakdown of what we ordered: Triple chocolate brownie shake: very chocolatey and lots of chocolate chips. Very sweet. If you have a sweet tooth and love chocolate, this is your jam. Cookies and Cream Shake: Love this! It was creamy and not too sweet. If you love Oreo cookies minus the very sweet filling, this drink is it. I would definitely order this again! Strawberry shake: It was pretty sweet, but it was creamy and had a nice strawberry flavor. Smoke shack: Delicious, but a bit salty from the cherry peppers. ShackBurger: Beefy and fresh. To be fair, I also ate the classic Smash Burger on the same night for comparison. Shake Shack has a good quality, aromatic beef patty and their potato bun is pillowy soft. But, man are their burgers small compared to Smash Burger. If you're really hungry, the ShackBurger would be like eating more of a snack. 'Shroom Burger: my sis said it was heavy for a mushroom burger. It was meaty because it was a portobello mushroom and the cheese was tasty. If you're a vegetarian, this would be a good option for you. My sis loves beef, so she'd rather eat the beef burger next time. Overall, Shake Shack is a great addition to the SL area. We will be back to try their other milkshakes, burgers, chicken sandwiches, French fries, and soda floats. Come check out this Shake Shack location if you're in the SL area.

Sugar Land is infested with the big fast-food conglomerates, so to say that I was excited to see a Shake Shack developing in the area is a serious understatement. I went on opening day, and while they still have some minor kinks to work out, Shake Shack is easily the best fast-food burger joint in Sugar Land. We were able to score parking on opening day without any issues, but it was awesome to see that they also have a drive-through. You can order at the counter or self-service at a kiosk. The kiosk was convenient enough, but it would've probably been easier/faster to order at the counter with a cashier. An employee was watching really closely as I entered the order into the kiosk, which weirded me out a little. I'm guessing she was hovering in case I had any technical difficulties. Hopefully, they will pull back some once they get their footing. The food came out quickly despite the restaurant having just opened and being fairly busy. The burgers, cheese fries, and shakes were excellent - pretty consistent with what we've had at other Shake Shacks. My only qualm is that the burgers were underseasoned. Not a dealbreaker, but everyone at the table had the same complaint. Though this is a quick-service restaurant (self-service napkins, condiments, toss your own garbage, yada yada), the staff made rounds to check on tables. Dining in was a pleasure, which isn't something I could say at any of Sugar Land's other fast-food establishments. Shake Shack isn't perfect by any means, but they deserve some slack since they just opened. Be patient, be kind, and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Parking is a bit hectic, so we had to park at the bank. But FIRST drive thru in the Houston area!

I have been waiting for a location close by to me to open up and end of last year when I stumbled upon the sign that said Shake Shack, I was SUPER excited! This location was SO BUSY the day I went towards the end of June but I want to applaud all the employees there for doing an amazing job handling the crowds! The food is overall fresh and DELICIOUS! So glad I have a place super close to home now. Definitely recommend!

First time here and this place has a lot of workers so i am assuming this place is very busy and that is why my burger that should have automatic tomato is missing it. Or maybe because I asked to add onions they cut me off. The guy that brought my food was nice enough and get me ketchup. The burger was hot and served on a soft bun. It has that nice beefy taste and then I get a slight spicy aftertaste which might be that sauce they add. . The cheese is american, fyi to the real cheese connosieurs. My fries were hot and crispy. Place is pretty big and there was pleny of seating around 8pm. I will let the cashier know about my missing tomato on way out-gotta change my ways and let them know in person. I did and she said sorry about that.

Unfortunately overhyped. I wanted to give this place a try for a minute because it opened up awhile ago in the Sugarland area, but it's definitely not worth it. I bought a shack burger, fries and the cashier accidentally charged me for a milkshake instead of a fountain drink. 18 dollars all together. When I mentioned the mistake to the cashier they handed me a fountain soda and not the milkshake I ended up paying for. The fountain drinks are 3 dollars and the milkshake 6 so I feel like I should have ended up receiving both. Customer service isn't the best. The burger itself was decent, but I've had better and more enjoyable fast food burgers. Better cooked ones as well. The burger I received was a little undercooked. The portion sizes are small too. Also the ShackBurger sauce is just mayo mixed with something else so if you don't like mayo avoid ordering it. The fries. Nothing could save this meal, both the burger and the fries were lacking. The inside of the restaurant is nice, but that's the only good thing about it. I would say save your money and definitely go elsewhere. Shake Shack doesn't live up to the hype at all.

I tried the single smoke shack and it was fresh and tasty. I ordered the single smoke shack....the bacon and chopped cherry peppers were a yummy addition. I would order it again on my next trip, however I'd order the double instead, add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc because if you don't ask for it, you wont get it. It wasn't really filling, as it was served. The spicey crinkle cut fries with ranch dressing is a must. We ordered a small to share and I practically ate them all, I did feel a little bad and forced myself to stop gobbling them up. Yum!

Do you have a taste for a good moist chicken sandwich you need to try shake shack chicken sandwich This is one restaurant I really believe that they really care about what they serve to the people. One of the few places where you can go in and you would recognize that they all about the community environment and serving and providing a healthy fast food meal.: you're gonna love this place!

This is my first time at shake shack and the service is excellent. Staff was very attentive and came frequently to ask my party if we needed anything. As we were ordering, we we're taking a while due our party size and the staff ask if we needed any help. The burger was yummy. I got the shack stack and it was flavorful, juicy, and soft. I also got the Oreo cookie funnel shake and it was good but their was unique kind of weird taste to it. The spicy ranch fries was yummy also balancing spicy with creamy ranch. The environment of the store is very modern and very clean. The menu was simple and with the help of technology it made it very easy to order. It also provided pictures to help me decide on what to order.

There are mostly tables for two but they do have a table for four as well. The space is clean and inviting with fun mural art on the wall. I like that there are several sizes to choose from , like their smallest (tadpole size) to large quart size. The small size is usually my go-to, as it is perfectly indulgent yet not too much to make me feel like I overdid it. The jelati is also my number one item, more favorable than just their Italian ice. The ice is smooth and flavorful unlike some other Italian ice places that create more rough/grainy ice. Their ice here is great by itself but when layered with either vanilla or chocolate soft serve ice cream, it is heavenly. The soft serve ice cream only comes in vanilla or chocolate but both are very creamy and tasty. You can get it by itself at Jeremiah's if you are not in the mood for Italian ice. Having tried several of their flavor options, my favorites are the mango, coconut, pina colada, root beer, caffe latte, and cookie butter. The fruity ones definitely are a winner in my book. Besides their regular menu, I noticed that there are seasonal items too...worth a try. Great for any solo adventure, group outing, family time, or just a treat for the kids (or kids of any age).

The baking/heating process is the most time consuming part, ensuring it is baked to perfection to hold the ice cream. They were flexible in switching certain items (instead of cocoa pebbles, I chose oreo crumbs). Originally, I went online to check the menu so I know ahead of time. I ordered the fashionista, I enjoyed the different chocolate flavors. I was curious to try the matcha one, but when in doubt, go the chocolate route. It truly was a massive amount of sweet to eat and I would preferred to have shared with someone, but it really isn't shareable...not in a sanitary way. It was definitely very pretty...all of them are/were. They wear gloves (thank goodness) when handling the cones. However, I noticed the girl (while waiting for my cone to bake) went on her phone, adjusted her pants, her hair, her sleeves. So I kindly asked her to change her gloves when making Fashionista, luckily she was nice and did change. The inside of the establishment is very cute and pink, definitely instagram-worthy. There is plenty of parking available on the side of the building, shared by other businesses. Would I return? We were looking at the fudge and they offered us try-outs of any that looked good so we tried the peanut butter (amazing), lemon (even better) and the turtle (my personal favorite). Then we made our way to the ice-cream selection! My daughter got the superhero flavor with a waffle cone, I got the berry pie ice-cream flavor since the previous review raved about it and she was not wrong! The pieces of pie were top tier. My husband opted for different chocolate pieces and he loved all of them, especially the chocolate covered nutterbutter . We also picked up one of the Kilwin's pecan treat. It came with pecans on the bottom, caramel on top and milk or dark chocolate on top of the caramel... mm mm MM! 10/10 recommend! It did get messy as we were walking around so I would suggest grabbing LOTS of napkins before leaving.
