Horrible customer service will not be returning. Waited 30 min for a Philly and the lady who was working had a horrible attitude once we bought it to her attention. She kept asking for a receipt as if we were lying about placing an order which we shower her and she never apologized or said thank you after spending our money here. We were nice and not rude. At one point she left the truck to have a conversation in back of truck while other people were also waiting for their food. I don't think she typically deals with black customers seeing that the whole lot was full of Israel's and Arabic people. Absolutely horrible. Firstly, the truck was being run with 4 teenage boys (1 of which looked like he couldnt be much more than 13) and 2 middle aged lady. The guy taking my order was either stoned out of his mind or just not that bright (couldn't focus on taking the order). Anyways, I order 2 Big Daddy Philly's and the seasoned fries. The guy tells me it's gonna be 20 to 25 mins. 25 mins go by, and im told it will be another 10 mins. I say ok, they call my name in 10 mins give me the sandwichs and tell me they still need to make my fries (they forgot to make it) and it will be another 10 mins. Then my wife and I look at the phillys and there are no Jalapeño Cheddar potato bites in it (the Big Daddy Phillys come with them). So I tell one of the ladies and she said "it's probably chopped up in there." I clearly couldn't see any sign of them. She offered to add more, I said ok and she sprinked some fried onions on top instead. I thought to myself, is this a joke? This lady was just as clueless as the teenager that took my order! At this point, I'm already so annoyed I just walked away. This place had horrible service, incompetent people working, you dont get what you paid for, and the food was mediocre. Shared a couple of Phillys as part of an early dinner and we weren't disappointed. We ordered spicy versions of the Twisted Philly and Big Daddy Philly and both definitely packed a punch, especially for some cheesesteaks. On top of that, the overall mix of flavors and textures were pretty great. The downside to both subs was that the beef was a little dry and over-cooked. On top of that, the hot pepper mix in the Twisted and the jalapeño potato cheddar bites in the Big Daddy were both good, but not great additions. Even with that, we still definitely enjoyed the subs and would be up for trying another set again. Just might stick to regular options instead of spicy. read more

Service 1 star Food 4 stars I ordered the whollota philly, spicy waffle fries, and a drink. I tipped 30% before reciving any food. The service gets 1 star because people who ordered after me got there food before me. When I did get the food she handed me the sandwich with no waffle fries or drink. I had to go back to get waffle drink. She didn't add anything additional to the fries beyond salt and pepper so I paid more for the spicy fries without getting them. The food was still pretty solid. I enjoyed the fries and the phily. I would have given this 4stars if I got what I ordered initially, the server gave food in the order of when someone purchased, or if I had not tipped anything at all. I recommend you check it out this food truck and just hold off on tipping. I don't think how they handle orders will get any better so just be patient and set your expectations bellow zero. read more

This place is an absolute gem, featuring arguably the most delicious halal Philly options in town along with some of the friendliest folks to serve. While we've only tried the OG Philly meal with seasoned waffle fries and the Twisted Philly fries thus far, I am a very satisfied customer already.
