Miracle worker! Our big handsome ranch dog, Finn, was in desperate need of a good grooming. Being a Great Pyrenees, he has as big coat that is thick. He had recently found a lovely spot on our property with tons of sticker bushes and looked like he had rolled in them! When Anna was done with Finn he looked like an entirely different dog! So fluffy, clean, and sticker free! I was blown away with just how incredible the transformation was! Anna was so patient, loving, and easy to work with. Anna did an exceptional job with our almost 14-year old Golden Retriever! She spent a great amount of time grooming, Ella. What impressed me most is that when I talked to her about the kind of haircut that she had in-mind she said that golden retrievers should not be cut but rather the undercoat brushed out only. I cannot tell you how many times that we have given Ella a haircut by others to find out that this was the incorrect way to care for a golden retriever. Countless articles confirmed this. Also, we were given a special anti-bacterial shampoo by our veterinarian and Anna was pleased to use it in place of her own. Anna trimmed Ella's nails and cut the hair between her toes and by her pads. I can't say enough about the TLC that our dog received. read more

We've used Ana for three years and with our senior dog being put down within the next four days she couldn't open a spot for him for his last bath. We have been hesitant to find a groomer because many groomers do not know the correct way to groom double-coated dogs (i.e. NOT shaving). Pristine Pet Spa is amazing. I have two large breed dogs, a male Belgian Malinois and the other is a Female German Shepherd. My male is our protector and he is very specific about people and my female is terrified of everything and everyone under the sun. She plays puppy Mozart music for my dogs to help keep them calm. Both of my dogs loved her and the services. I got them both shaved and groomed because we just had a baby and couldn't keep up with regular baths and brushes.
