My nails came out, looking lumpy and like black candy corn and then was charged $55 after I had left and then came back after 10 minutes I asked that they redo my nails. The second woman was incredibly sweet just didn't comprehend that. I wanted medium length acrylic nails my nails look better and she was incredibly sweet and did try her hardest even though she should have soaked them off and redone them if they were to turn out how I asked again this is t the second d woman's fault but as a business how can you allow you customer to say I hate my nail they aren't anything like what I asked for and still feel confident in charging full price as well as my friend got blue French tip acrylics and they were also lumpy, and the French tip was uneven, and she was charged an astronomical price comparative to what my other friend pays
