The quesadilla had a lot of cheese and chicken, his taco's were as full as you could get them. Just because it says Taco Tuesday does not mean they only serve tacos. They have a great selection of Mexican food on Tuesdays. It was hard for me to choose, but I finally decided on a quesadilla for $9.50 and added rice and beans for $1 each. My husband chose the taco place for $10. Sour cream is an extra $1, salsa $.75. Bailey our server was great, she was spot on. Every employee greeted you with a smile and a hello. It is a nice atmosphere here, very friendly. Upon leaving, there were a couple at the bar that said goodbye and to have a nice night and chatted with us for a little bit. I am thinking they are regulars, It is so nice to have people do that and you never saw them before. I drove a little out of my way before a Milwaukee Milkmen game to stop by for dinner on a Thursday night, which happens to be one of the two nights of the week they have a grilled bone-in wing special (10 for $10 as of 7/17/2025). I ordered white cheddar garlic cheese curds and 20 wings with the following sauces and rubs on five each: Memphis BBQ sauce, sweet cajun rub, pineapple jerk rub, and maple bacon rub. The cheese curds came out super quick, which I was impressed by. My initial gut reaction was disappointment when I saw they were cornmeal breaded because typically that style doesn't get crunchy and retains too much grease, but these were pretty much the opposite. No excess grease whatsoever and they were probably the crunchiest cornmeal breaded ones I've had. The garlic was very noticeable, but not overpowering. I liked that the container had a little cup built into it for ranch too. The sweet cajun rub was almost unnoticeable. Three of the wings had little to no rub on them and a fourth was questionable. I'm not a huge fan of grilled wings in particular (breaded will always be my go to), so the char flavor wasn't masked very much on those. Maybe coincidentally and maybe not, I found that set of five to be the most dry of the 20 as well. The pineapple jerk rub had the right amount of heat that Caribbean jerk rub should have, but with a hint of sweet. Memphis BBQ was the only sauce option I went with, so it was a nice contrast to the rubs in that regard. It was a safe, sweet and tangy BBQ flavor that most people should enjoy. I thought both of these options were good. I thought they had a different wing special going that would have maxed me out at three sauces and/or rubs, so the maple bacon rub was a last minute choice. While sweet chicken wings may sound odd, if you're a person that likes chicken and waffles, the maple bacon rub is fantastic. I don't know if the bacon necessarily stands out, but the maple flavor is spot on and compliments the chicken well. My receipt said my server's name was Tabitha. I neglected to confirm that before I left, so I hope it's accurate. She was great. The right balance between attentive and letting you eat in peace. She offered to let me try the pineapple jerk rub before I committed to ordering it, which I appreciated. Kudos to her all around.
