While the front-end experience began smoothly thanks to Paula -- a sweet, kindhearted southern woman who made me feel welcomed and respected -- the situation took a turn for the worse once I encountered Chelsea, the regional manager. I asked for a simple breakdown of my billing and how my insurances were applied. Instead of helping me understand or calmly walking me through it, Chelsea entered the room aggressively, interrupted my phone call with my husband, and said, "I came back here to talk to you, but since you're on your phone, I can wait." I responded politely, telling her she could speak because I was on the phone with my husband regarding the insurance conversation. That's when things escalated. She rudely told me that it was my responsibility to know my own insurance -- loudly and condescendingly. When I questioned her attitude and wording, she raised her voice again. At that moment, I calmly removed the cloth from around my neck and said, "You know what? I'm going to leave." I informed Paula at the front that I would not tolerate being spoken to like that, especially not by someone in a leadership role. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and racially charged. Chelsea's behavior should not be tolerated in any healthcare environment. I do not recommend this location. Chelsea's attitude ruins any chance of a good experience -- and that's coming from someone who came ready to pay out of pocket for services. Shout out to Paula for being a bright light in the building. But to the company: Do better. This is not how patients should be treated.

I came for a second opinion after going to another dental practice…read more I was very worried as the previous dental practice told me I had advanced periodontitis, bone loss, and multiple cavities, and needed 2k worth of work done out of pocket. Dr Ho and the hygienist (I wish I remembered her name) eased my concerns and took time to explain to me that it was a very inaccurate diagnosis and why it was. Everyone here was so kind, including the front desk, and shout out to Anthony, who helped me schedule an appointment and provided me with insurance knowledge. I am so thankful to have found this practice. They are honest and truly kind. They definitely care for their patients and are happy to do their jobs. Thank you guys again!
