Service is always great. I do not have a particular aesthetician, but my last appointment with Suri was good. I mentioned I don't particularly like the dremmel file, so it was used sparingly. She was meticulous and proficient with her time. This brand of polish was difficult to work with and Suri was diligent and patient to make sure the nails turned out nicely. Some are quiet and work steadily to complete the work while others like to carry on a conversation. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I just came home from my pedicure with David. I will ONLY go to David. He gives the best massage. Don't go to him unless you really want a deep tissue massage. I left feeling like I had a full night's sleep. He even put my socks and shoes back on me at the end. He is such a sweet man and pays attention to the smallest detail. came in for a full set when one of my nails had broken. first thing Kiwi asks after looking at my nails is "what's your pain tolerance" because he said he had to rip off the nail. wasn't bad in retrospect so i appreciate him not working over a broken acrylic, but it gave the impression that he was in a rush and didn't want to take the time to soak off. went ahead with the fill, seemed in a hurry and rushed but did an overall good job. He didn't tell me to wash my hands before polishing (which I think is normal practice? but i don't know) and left my nails dusty and not great looking. not super happy with my nails or the nail shape but i guess it was okay. i don't know if ill be coming back or not read more

I came to this nail bar for the first time 2 days ago because I'd received a gift certificate for $40 from Gran. I went in knowing i'd have to pay a bit more out of pocket since I was getting acrylics - but prior to having my nails done I asked for a price & showed pictures of what I wanted. For almond acrylics with a french tip I was told $65. Once I sat down - the nail tech told me if I got them too short the french tip would look a little off & suggested I get them longer, since the length he suggested wasn't too far off ( yall, literally like 2-3 mm more ) from what I originally asked for I let him take the reigns. You can see the dark spots on my cuticles from where he used a drill to remove them and caused my skin to break. My thumb was the worst part & I had to stop and ask him for an alcohol wipe - worse he reached over to the nail techs tool kit next to him for a cuticle cutter and used that to cut off the bit of skin that was hanging.... didn't disinfect it before & after either ( my blood got on it!) . Once he applied the drying serum on my nail bed and started using monomer to apply the acrylic, my nail beds were BURNING. all he said was " your cuticles are very long". :/ I felt embarrassed so I didn't say anything & I honestly feel bad just writing a review. as he was doing the design - I was looking to see what he was doing & he snapped at me " don't look." I'm sorry but they're my nails & I should be able to glance ( obviously without disturbing what he was doing). He finished my set & when I went to pay, my out of pocket portion was $40 instead of $25! So total $80 for a set that I don't feel was worth the pain & looking at them after there's bits of nail (??) trapped under the clear coat, my cuticles are sensitive & after 2 days they already don't look great :/ - as well as chips in the tips from not being properly sealed with the top coat. Lady at the front said it was $15 more for a longer style & "deeper" french tip. 2 stars because I had a voucher and am grateful but man I really wish my experience had been a little better... read more

Always a wonderful experience! Have been coming to Omni for 5 years now and the new location is beautiful, relaxing, and spotless! Peter, Chi, and most recently Vi, have done my nails as well as my daughters, and their kindness, gentleness and craftsmanship is second to none! I used to get dip nails and I love how long they lasted, but I also highly recommend just gel nails! I cannot recommend Omni enough but then again, I want to keep it a secret! I have been going here for about three years. Never had this experience before and unfortunately will not be going back. I made my appointment for the first appointment of the day. When I got there my requested nail technician had someone at his chair. They said it would just be a few minutes. My nail technician had gotten there early and they had fitted in an appointment before me. According to them it is not fair for my nail technician to wait thirty minutes for my appointment. Twenty five minutes later I was still waiting. When I asked again he was just finishing up. I question why they thought they could fit a sixty minute service into thirty minutes. Thats when they informed me that the girl they took before my appointment had only gotten there 15 minutes before me so it had not been an hour service. I said so its fair for me to wait twenty-five minutes but not fair for my technician who got there early to wait fifteen? They never apologized just kept making excuses. I just needed to understand that these things happen. read more

This was the WORST pedicure I've ever had. I usually go every 2 months. My toe nails were rough, even after filling. He left the corners of my big toes uncut. After waiting 3 minutes after polishing he said "You're ready. Goodbye" and walked off. Of course by the time I got to the truck my polish was messed up. Even though I brought my own and my very fast dry top coat. The man doing my nails told me I needed dip if I didn't want polish to chip. I said no, look at my current polish. There are no chips and you see how it's grown out. He argued with me. When I went back inside to have polish redone on messed up nails, the manager told me it was my fault. I told him I was very unhappy. That before leaving I'd sworn never to come back. After having manager ask as though he didn't care, I got a little louder. He offered to fix the polish. He was so obnoxious to me, I had him take the polish off and I left. After telling him multiple times how unhappy I was, he still blamed me for bad pedicure. Not just polish. Ive given Omni 3 separate chances to get it right and each time there has been issues with prices listed and then prices they actually charge. Should have used my usual and faithful salon U.S. Nails in the same strip mall. Each of the 3 times in Omni, I was either over charged or charged for things I didn't want or get. I really wish I could rate each individual person at this establishment. The owner (wife) is wonderful when it comes to customer service, the husband (not at all). I've been to this salon 5 times and each time made it clear that I wanted my nails shaped a certain way. Not coffin, not round, but the actual shape of my nails which is In-between. I have so specially say I would like someone good or they will throw you in with a newbie or someone who isn't good at all. Many times i have had pedi-cures and had much attitude for asking if they can fix lumpy nail polish from trying to cover over areas they didn't cover the first time with many layers. It's obvious it looks terrible but they try to get away with it anyway. I wouldn't mind so much if every time I got my nails and feet done it didn't cost me $90 something! Anytime I ask for a certain shape of my nails with dip I will get excuses. I then have to say that my nails have always been done that way. They expect us to pay $200 a month for keep up with crappy customer service it's just not right. I'll be speaking up each time and so should you! read more

Love this place I go in there and they are extremely nice and accommodating. They make sure they fit u in and make u feel great that u chose them to get ur nails done. Petter is an amazing guy very professional and Carries him self well and Lena is so nice and friendly and funny ...great conversations I'm very picky when it comes to my nails so she took time out her day to shape and do my toes even tho she doesn't do pedicures but she went over and beyond for me her client and that's the way a professional should be!! She's very great at her job -lena ... hailie is the hands down my go to. these past few times she has done a great job and helped me out even tho she only does manicures.... But she has been doing an amazing job on me lately and I tip her good she's very nice polite she's great on giving feed back and advice or even give me idea on what colors to do with my skin tone ...over all she's amazing ....I wouldn't go anywhere else ...I love this place their employees the energy the professionalism and they're skills are all amazing...if I could give 10 stars I would!!! Never coming back. Called in advance to ask if my friend and I could sit next to each other and i was told 2 times in separate calls that it wouldn't be a problem. When i arrived they said they couldn't do it. I get it they have their own station. So i sit down with my nail tech and she first laughed at my design and told me to show it to her coworker and i did and they both started laughing. After she told me the colors i wanted weren't gonna look good and i needed to change them. So i did and then after she shaped my nails she told me she couldn't fit the design in and i had to change my design. At this point i'm a little irritated and changed my design last second. The whole time i would try and be nice and ask her questions she would say "huh" and then ignore me. Very rude but again, maybe people don't like small talk. Now once she was done she asks "Would you like your eyebrows waxed?" and I joking laughed and said "no thanks! Why are they bad? " And she blatantly said "yes they are you should get them done" RUDE.
