Tiffany is a professional compassionate dedicated NP. I was referred to her through the DOD medical center during my transition out of the armed forces. During a stressful transition she was available for new patients which is hard to come by in psych. After a few tests and some face to face interviews we were able to come up with a med plan and treatment. I was able to make the transition to civilian life and have always been able to reach Tiffany for any related necessary treatment. She was even prompt in dealing with some medical clearance paperwork I needed for work. I highly recommend Tiffany for all psych needs, you will not be disappointed! read more

After working with a number of different doctors to treat my daughter Jaclynne's ADHD and ODD, sometimes with negative results, we were luckily transferred to crownview and assigned Tiffany Holm. Had a very poor experience with OmOmbre. After working with an experienced Psychiatrist the last two months I've learned the importance of signing up with a Psychiatrist who has years of experience under his/her belt. She is very nice and means well, but after speaking with multiple Psychiatrists all have confirmed that her approach was extremely flawed and dangerous for my well-being. My experience resulted in the worst several days of my life, so I cannot recommend. read more

So I met Tiffany when I switched insurances and went to a new Psych center, Crownview. She's been my favorite therapist ever and I'm so lucky and glad I got chosen to be one of her patients. She's super cool, understanding, and very pretty, even makes my 14 year old (stuffed) bear feel very welcomed every time I bring him when I see her. Sadly she left Crownview but thank heavens I found her quickly afterwards and now she's at a better place now, it's awesome! I love it at OmOmbre, they treat you so well, no more annoying paper work that you have to deal with (and no more finding out your insurance is not accepted), you can literally contact your doctor whenever you need and you don't have to make appointments or stress about availability. Where do I begin.... I was searching online FOREVER for counseling or someone to talk to, given the on going situations going on in the world right now I found myself feeling more and more down. I am not typically a depressed person per say but found to be doubting myself and putting myself down a lot as a wife, mother and daughter. I knew I needed some kind of help to get me feeling some what "normal" again. I wasn't doing much around the house and kept getting distracted with things such as social media and distracting myself with the world and what was going on instead of doing things more productively. So I finally made the decision to get some help. So I researched online and found many sites that offer help but I just didn't vibe with the people Or doctors. I had initial conversations with some and just didn't feel the compassion, plus some would charge an arm and a leg. Thankfully I can across Tiffany with OmOmbre in Yelp. I messaged her via Yelp and she answered right away. Instantly, I felt a connection with Tiffany. Her answers to my questions were sincere and caring. I felt comfortable right away. We scheduled a Zoom call (which I was very nervous about) because let's face it zoom calls with someone you have never met in person can be a little scary, but those feelings instantly went away once we started chatting. Her compassion to help and listen and take notes to understand what is going on in your life and giving insight really helped me find myself again. We tried medications and with trial and error (which is very normal given I really had no experience with certain medications so we were starting from scratch) have found the perfect system to help me better myself. Not only do I found myself more patient and happier and productive in life! It has also improved my relationships all around. I am actually more motivated to get things done whether it's organizing my house or even starting Real Estate school which I have been wanting to do for such a long time!! Tiffany ALWAYS answers my texts day or night, and is always there when I need her even if I have a million questions she answers them all and genuinely. I seriously can't recommend her enough. I started seeing Tiffany a year and a half ago. It was the best decision I ever made. When I found out she was starting her own business I was scared I would not be able to see her again. Tiffany has been so patient and helpful with solutions for my anxiety due to chronic illness. It had been very difficult to connect with anyone during the pandemic to help with anxiety.
