The customers should have the right to know what their items will cost ahead of time. The throw blanket was $45 and the cropped trench jacket was $24.50. Dropped off Wednesday morning and pick up is the following Tuesday afternoon. Pay cash to avoid 3.5% credit card fee. I like how the cashier was honest and told me I can throw my throw blanket in the washing machine due to its material, which I agree 100% but I wanted the furs to be fluffy so opted for dry cleaning.

The buttons are not near, the deodorant, the first assumption by the lady at the front. The armpits were stained too, but if it was the deodorant it should have been evenly stained. It was only on the upper left side. She was nice this time and said let us see if we can take it off. It's been a month and I didn't hear from her. So I passed by. She said they'll offer 40% of its value. Than she asked for a receipt. Seriously, you want a receipt for an item I wore two three years ago? I said I will need to buy a new one and it should be a good enough price to allow me that. Than I mentioned that I dry-cleaned it in another place (Forest hills Benjamin's!) and she said show me a proof you cleaned it elsewhere. Really??
