They were extremely kind and I appreciate that they came by to take a look the same day. I just wish I had checked the machine again before making a service call. They ordered the motor , but when they dismantled my dryer (which I could not use anymore) to install it they found that it was not quite right and they just told me that they were abandoning it. Asked for $50 after I paid 100 dollars to have them come out to dismantle and just leave it. So I strongly recommend to find another repair service that is more reliable and professional.
