My technician Denis was prompt and took the time to understand each repair job. The pricing was well explained prior to the work, and the work was completed within the time allocated. Denis was thorough, and assured the areas were wiped up and all materials removed. They were extremely kind and I appreciate that they came by to take a look the same day. I just wish I had checked the machine again before making a service call. That is when I should have known they were not altogether professional. They ordered the motor , but when they dismantled my dryer (which I could not use anymore) to install it they found that it was not quite right and they just told me that they were abandoning it. Asked for $50 after I paid 100 dollars to have them come out to dismantle and just leave it. So I strongly recommend to find another repair service that is more reliable and professional.
