They still took the time to look over the machine for potential causes of the non-responsiveness I'd experienced, speculating that it might have overheated and shut off. They left a sticker to remind me of the number if another issue came up and advised that, when the washer goes, she will be truly done (with the wood paneling, that washer might be older than I am). They were extremely kind and I appreciate that they came by to take a look the same day. I just wish I had checked the machine again before making a service call. The cost was $75 + tax ($81) for the visit, which is applied to the cost of any repairs that need to be made.

They ordered the motor , but when they dismantled my dryer (which I could not use anymore) to install it they found that it was not quite right and they just told me that they were abandoning it. Asked for $50 after I paid 100 dollars to have them come out to dismantle and just leave it. So I strongly recommend to find another repair service that is more reliable and professional.
