Indoor seating area accommodates small and large groups. We were greeted warmly once we entered. Pick your items and order at the counter when you are ready. We chose the fish sauce wings, nam khao crispy rice, beef jerkey with papaya salad and a side of sticky rice. Everything was fresh and so yummy. Be mindful that spice level is Thai style and might be spicier than you are used too. We ended up buying some beef jerkey bags to go it was so delicious.

Spirits were high. Expectations were hot. Unfortunately... the restaurant was not. I'm not exaggerating when I say it felt colder inside than outside. We had just survived crazy wind chill and somehow walked into what felt like the extended edition of winter. I could see it in my family's eyes -- if I made them stay, I might be eating that khao poon alone. After about five minutes of studying the menu (and seriously debating toughing it out), we had to call it. Between shivering and imagining our soup cooling at record speed, it just wasn't going to work. We genuinely wanted to stay -- which is the tough part. Please, for the love of warm noodles everywhere, get some heaters going in there. We'll happily come back when we can feel our fingers while holding the spoon.

The sauce they use with the chicken and rice is great and is worth buying to take home to make your own dishes better. There is a good amount of seating both inside and out. I also tried the pork which was good but I prefer the chicken so will stick to that on a future visit. I have tried a lot of places that do the same thai style chicken and rice and it's almost always a miss for me, something is always off, usually the chicken is touch, or too dry, or lacking flavor but here it just hits right.

Pork and rice are pretty tasty and I would recommend you getting it if you like pork. Pork and rice set also provides some veggies which added variety and flavors. We also got mango sticky rice. It tastes good but I won't say it's a must have. 2. Services: this is a half serf serving restaurant. They will bring foods to you. But you have to serve your own water/tea, chili sauce etc. But this is expected. You can enjoy a little bit of the street food vibe here. Overall, the cost is pretty reasonable if you want a quick bite and if you don't need many food options or if you want to try out this experience.

They have big windows that open up and a bar area with hooks to put your things. Service: We sat at the bar area since we didn't have a reservation right in front of the employee sink. I will say that as an observational person, I noticed a lot of female employees washing their hands, but very few male employees washing their hands. I was glad to have a female server. She followed up often with drinks, which was fantastic. Food: We got the Kingston Fix slushy tiki drinks and those were good. Nice and refreshing for the hot day. Sweet and sour fried chicken - the small was plenty for us, since we had been snacking all day. They were lightly breaded, very crispy, and not heavily drenched in sauce, but still very flavorful. White curry with brisket burnt ends - light curry taste and the pieces of brisket made this dish so robust. The brisket was a bit crunchy at the tips, but it fell apart in your mouth and wasn't chewy or tough. Overall wonderful experience. My dudes - please wash your hands. (We were there ~45 minutes and one dude with glasses washed his hands twice. I didn't see any other dude wash, but maybe there's another sink elsewhere.)

The egg noodle bowl on the top with fried chicken and tofu was phenomenal. The chicken was similar to fish sauce wings and the tofu was very caramelized and had a nice salty coating of sauce. The bottom was nem nướng and pork with the woven noodles. It was a very big portion, but the fresh herbs/veggies made it feel balanced. An order of spring rolls were also ordered, but wasn't in the photo. It was ordered with crispy pork belly. Based on some reviews, I was skeptical about ordering the pork belly, but I was pleasantly surprised. The skin was very crispy and you could hear the crunch from across the restaurant. The restaurant is very open with big windows, but I liked the concept of the open kitchen look. The service was really good. We ended up ordering pork belly and shrimp for our spring rolls and the worker politely came by and told us they were out of it. He was able to accommodate for it and was very kind about it.
