Highly recommend. Alex came out quickly to assess an issue with our fridge. He could easily have suggested an expensive and involved repair but instead he diagnosed the problem and started with what would be the easiest and least expensive solution. Was having a problem with my fridge. Called U-Appliance. Alex came over, checked out the fridge, identified the bad part. I was also having problems with my dishwasher. We were recently given an older model Coke machine from our neighbors. The machine still looked great but was not cooling. The Coke machine is in lake Livingston & pretty far from any big cities. I called about 15 different companies to try & get a quote to repair or replace the machine. Alexy responded right away & sent me several texts & voicemails to see if I still needed help. The coke machine is at a second home and we are only there on the weekends.
