He has also helped my family and friends and they have nothing but excellent things to say about him and his business. He is kind, communicative, professional, efficient, goes above and beyond for his clients, and not to mention, has very competitive rates. I cannot recommend him enough for your move and other services. He and his team moved me again this week and I am so grateful for how easy and smooth they made it. So worth it, so much less stress. He told me where the majority of costs were and if I wanted to save money, which items I could pack myself. He was very proactive letting me know ahead of time what to expect and planning the timing. On packing day the guys came and packed up our home. They were so careful with my things and answered my many questions very politely. They got all boxes packed up then came the next day. On moving day, they arrived early with smiles on their faces and worked so hard and helped us coordinate all of the timing. We bought a furnished home so they had to move things at our new home to make room for what was coming. These guys worked so hard and were so helpful. When they were done, the lead tallied up the invoice hours and had a big grin on his face and excitedly showed me we were way under the estimate. Steve's tips on how to cut costs and the diligence of his workers saved me a couple thousand dollars. Hopefully I don't have to move again but if I do, I will definitely use them again. During the move, one of the crew members accidentally broke my desk, but what stood out to me was the honesty. He told me right away, and Daniel immediately handled it with integrity. He deducted the cost from my bill and told me to order a new one, and he'll personally come back to put it together for me. That level of accountability and customer care is rare and speaks volumes about how he runs his business. Daniel was very responsive and patient throughout the entire process, the pricing was fair, and overall the move went as stress-free as it could possibly be. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.

However by far theyre not the cheapest reasonably priced, extremely professional, courteous, hard working and never fail to go the extra mile . No request I made was too small or too large . The person whom they picked it up from said they did a great job moving it out not damaging anything. Then professionally wrapped it for the journey to my house where it rained a little. Once arriving to my house they moved it to my up stairs loft not damaging not one thing I can't express what a professional job these guys did and for over 10 years I've been using this crew to move me from house to house or just moving heavy items.
