He started by scanning my feet to get a better understanding of what I needed, then had me try on two different shoe options and clearly explained the reasoning behind each choice. I also appreciated being able to test them out by running outside the store. It made a big difference in finding the right fit. On top of that, Jim shared helpful tips to reduce the foot pain I've been experiencing during longer runs. Both pairs felt so great that I ended up buying them on the spot. I have so many of my grandma's vintage shoes to bring in and know that I can trust them to do a great job on every single pair. Is it expensive? Yes, a bit. But are you paying for skill? Absolutely. They offered me a square inch of moleskin to stick in the shoe to cover the defective stitching and said they can't take them back since I wore them outside. It's a defective product people! This Rack overall for our latest experience was a solid four as my wife found a party dress for an upcoming wedding and interactions that I had with a female re-stocker was solid as I asked where I could find a particular clothing brand and she actually pointed out the area explaining it would be intermingled with final clearance merchandise.
