I went on a Friday morning and didn't have a long wait for a fitting, and I was helped right away by Jim. He started by scanning my feet to get a better understanding of what I needed, then had me try on two different shoe options and clearly explained the reasoning behind each choice. I also appreciated being able to test them out by running outside the store. It made a big difference in finding the right fit. On top of that, Jim shared helpful tips to reduce the foot pain I've been experiencing during longer runs. Both pairs felt so great that I ended up buying them on the spot. Overall, a thoughtful, personalized experience! I'd highly recommend this location to anyone looking for the right running shoes.

I found out that I am a size 8, who knew. I tried on about 10 pairs of shoes before finding the right one, and I really want to thank you all for your amazing patience. Honestly, I could have walked out with nothing, but instead I found the perfect fitting shoe that I now wear regularly. I feel like I am walking on a cloud, and it is all thanks to you. They also price match, so I got these Mizunos for a great deal. My partner picked up his New Balances too, and he found the ones he wanted on his second try. The service was patient and knowledgeable. They truly want you to walk away comfortable and happy and never make you feel pressured!

I came…read morein earlier this year to fix the bottoms of some vintage Ferragamo's and was very satisfied with the job and how they fixed up the velvet exterior as well - plus, I forgot to mention when I dropped them off that I wouldn't be able to pick them up and they shipped it too me no problem (obviously I paid a fee for it but duh). I have so many of my grandma's vintage shoes to bring in and know that I can trust them to do a great job on every single pair. Is it expensive? Yes, a bit. But are you paying for skill? Absolutely. They're craftsmen/women and deserve it! Thank you and great job!

Whatever product they used or method they used it changed the color of the leather. It made them way darker in certain part of the boot very inconsistent. You can see in the pictures the different shades in the leather. It gives the impression that only one part of the boot was cleaned. I wish they would have giving me a quick run down of what they were going to do to the boots. Not cool walking around with half tan half brown boots. They charged $35 for this color scheme. They messed up my Thorogood boots. Not a cheap boot. I don't recommend this place. There another Cobbler in town that did my other work boots for half the price and they didn't change the color on the leather. STAY AWAY.

This a blast from the past and such a hidden gem that I really think I should keep it to myself…read more Alas, I have a gold star next to my Yelp Elite title because I share and sharing means caring and caring is good, even if it bites me in the rear at some point along the way. A long time ago, this is the kinda place where Sneakerheadz waited outside on the day a pair of Jordan's were to be released and it was an exciting time. Times have changed and most of us just buy our sneaks online. Or, more likely, we outgrew the obsession altogether and spend our hard earned cash on baby shoes now!!! In any event, they had some of the greatest hits on the shelf and dang, wish I would have left the wife at home today kinda baller shoes for the Sneakerheadz. Air Max 95, various colors including: I can't believe I am telling anyone this. Black/Black/Red Air Force Ones: Retro version, not OG version Air Max 90's various colors By internet standards, that alone is reason enough to drop by for a look. No idea what sizes they do or do not have, cause again, wifey was at my side and I couldn't pull the trigger on a purchase, so why bother asking detailed questions? Solid spot for sneakerheadz to drool or buy.

And if I had an issue, to call Nike, cuz it's no longer his concern. Don't shop here! You're better off at the flee market if ur lookin for knock-offs!
