Jerry was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He spent a great deal of time helping me try different styles and sizes, never making me feel rushed. Although they didn't have the exact size I needed in the shoe I wanted, Jerry went above and beyond by offering to stay in touch and let me know when new inventory arrives. Their lame excuse is they could not fix them...then why charge me if you could not do it? Why commit to only do a sloppy job? Why attempt to do it if you don't have the experience to do it? Worse, why give this excuse and STILL have the audacity to charge and yes not reimburse me for AT LEAST the cost of repairs, which would not even be enough to cover for one shoe!?
