On the Fly Pest Control. I recently received a phone call that my service was scheduled for monday 6/20/11 between 12:30pm to 1:30pm. I later received a voice mail saying that the other account in my area had recently closed my account & that it was not cost effecient for them to come out to my home. I have left multiple messages to have the owner Saul to call me regarding this issue. I have recieved no return phone calls regarding this matter. On the Fly must be so busy that they can afford to start dropping customers. I only live 20 minutes from their place of business. I originally started doing business with them in 2006. I was their first client in my area, & from what I was told, I have brought them a few accounts in my area. Now apparently they have no more clients in my area, so they say that it is not cost effecient to service my home now. I was a loyal customer & never had any problems with them, until now. This is very disconcerting to me. I have a 6 year old daughter, & there are numerous scorpions & spiders by my home. I now have to look for another exterminator business. I am sorry to leave such a poor review, however, I believe this was very poor business ethics on their part. I give them a 2 star rating because I did get decent service from them, however, I am dissapointed that they decided to drop me due to me supposedly living to far away. My new Company that I use American All Star drives out from Fontana which is 4 times farther than I am from On the Fly. read more

I rarely write reviews but the service we receive from On The Fly is worth taking the time. Adriana does a fantastic job of notifying us when our technician is coming one to two days in advance with a one hour window. She is always friendly and notes any special concerns or needs we have for that next visit. When the technician arrives, he lets us know he is there and asks again if there is anything else that needs special attention and is happy to let us shown him specific areas like where those pesky ants keep popping up. Since we started monthly service with On The Fly we have not had any issues with roaches, black widows, crickets or any other majorly annoying and creepy critters. I highly recommend this company. read more

Recently we experienced a gnawing sound under the floor boards by a sink in the family room. Called On the Fly and Edgar was dispatched to my home. He set several traps and recommended the areas between the house,patio,and drive way be sealed with aluminum angle pieces. This is a manufactured home and I should have done it much sooner. Edgar and Clifford spent 6 hours installing the angles sealing vents on the roof with screening material and made a new access panel that allows entrance under the house. I have been using On The Fly for 20 years, at my first home and then I moved and asked them to come with me and service my new home. They did. They had no other customers in my new development at that time. I recommended them to a few of my neighbors and their service was so much better than who they were using, they had new clients right away. Little did we know we had OTHER undesirable insects as we soon started noticing those dead caucuses popping up as well. Several months ago I called him to eradicate a gnat problem I was having. After charging $80 dollars, what he did, did not work. Over the following weeks, months... I had several phone calls and text messages about this situation. I even asked if there was something else "WE" could do. He told me to buy Raid Hot Shots spray (that didn't work well for my problem). On my own, I poured bleach in drains, made sure no fruit etc to draw gnats was out. I even had them in the living room and bedroom. He talks a lot (A LOT) and wastes a lot of time. In short 3 months later, I asked him to bomb the house... anything. He said he would call me back to make an appointment. Since a week later I still had not heard from him (typical) I called him again and was told he does not guarantee his work after 3 months. Note to self, don't trust everyone... I guess I should not have trusted him from the start. So buyer beware.
