I have had several great experiences with On the Fly !! Currently they sealed the roof of our house in Cathedral City. The roof vents were never sealed correctly so dust, pigeons and other pests were getting into attic space. The sealed the roof vents correctly and cleaned out the old insulation, replaced with new and I couldn't be more satisfied. All employees are friendly and always helpful and I liked the price too! I caution anyone from hiring on the Fly termite in pest control service. Their service was not well done, inconsistent, and they constantly lost payments. I am currently arguing with them over the final payment after I sold my home that they are saying I haven't paid, but I did. I requested service for ants and spiders in my backyard, as well as possible rodent issues. - they came sprayed the outside yard perimeter, then told me someone would call me on Monday to arrange to have someone look at the back yard for treatment. I paid $150 for no one to call me for the follow up. Then when I did call they told me someone would be there on Tuesday afternoon- no one showed up or called. Then out of the blue in Wednesday they showed up - I could not stay (my brother just passed away and I am trying to make all of the arrangements). The customer service is horrible - no offer for a partial refund nothing but excuses and actually telling me that I was wrong on the date I was given. They will not put out the bait boxes because I refuse to continue service with a company that apparently has no regard for their customers time or concerns. The tech stated that he treated inside my house, which he did not as I never let anyone inside to spray because I have a large dog. Horrible customer service actually blamed me for their errors. I needed a pest control company for my home and a rental house I own. A creepy guy showed up to give us a quote. He was unfriendly and made my skin crawl. They gave me a quote for my property but failed to give me one for the rental. When I called the office they made ups some excuses then later claimed he drove around the gated community to get a "feel" for how large the homes were......hahaha! They then gave me a quote. My wife declined to allow the creepy guy back so I called to make arrangements for the rental. I called my tenant about a month later to see how things went, she said no one bothered to call her to make an appointment despite her calling them a couple of times. Skip this crappy company. When I first moved into my new home we quickly began seeing roaches all throughout the house. I remember this one giant roach I saw hanging out on the wall that I tried to smash with my shoe. Right when I was about to send that thing to roach hell it flew at me and had me swinging like I was getting jumped...and it still got away. Then my son got bit by this MASSIVE wolf spider. I know it was massive because I caught the thing under a clear cup. I even slid a quarter under the cup for a size comparison and it dwarfed the quarter. I'm sure it got that big from eating the neighborhood pets or something. Then there was a plague of black widows in and around the house. I had to inspect all toys before letting my kids play with them. So that's when I spoke to Edgar Ibarra. He got us set up on their monthly service and the first time they sprayed the house it was like an insect graveyard. There were hundreds of dead bugs everywhere. I've been having them spray my house for years now and it has been awesome! We even had some German roaches somehow find there way into our island counter/sink. They came out and got it handled quickly and efficiently. They always call before coming out and they answer the phone almost immediately. I'm writing this because we are now moving out of state and I just wanted to say thank you for keeping the bugs out of my house and the potentially deadly ones away from my kids.
