We hired this DJ for our Sangeet on July 18 in Granada Hills. While he arrived on time and brought a good sound system, the overall experience was disappointing. He initially showed up in very shabby clothes, which didn't match the formality of the event. He later changed into a white shirt, but first impressions matter. The real issue was the music -- despite sending him a curated playlist beforehand, he played unrelated songs, including some sad ones that didn't suit the joyful vibe of a Sangeet. Worse, he kept repeating the same songs multiple times. At one point, when the whole family was dancing, the groom had to step in multiple times to ask him to change the track -- which shouldn't happen at a professionally run event. Also he was playing the song from his phone where did not have cellular service- we wanted to help him playing the song. While the sound system was good, the lights were poorly set up and the smoke machine wasn't used during the event -- he only turned it on after everything was over- it doesn't make sense. read more

The only thing I would say is the DJ Ray Ramirez did not really go off the set list that we had filled out prior to the wedding. I didn't think the music mixed as well. But everybody still had a great time. I just wish they would've played more music that we had requested... I would definitely use them again. My husband and I spent a lot of time curating our wedding playlist on Spotify, and it was amazing how easy the process was-- we simply sent over the playlist, answered a few questions, and everything was set. The week before the wedding, we met with DJ Bert on Google Meet. I'll admit I was a little nervous since the wedding was so close, but he immediately put my mind at ease. I'm so glad I found On The Go Photobooths! I only had 4 months to plan our wedding in Palm Springs and I happened to come across their page on a wedding website. Karina takes pride in her work, to make sure that your expectations are met. We wanted a custom backdrop with a red carpet and stanchions so our guests felt special, like a red carpet event as they took their photos. Karina was amazing at communicating to get every detail down to the tee. She delivered everything we wanted from the custom backdrop to the custom photo booth design for the printed photos. He was very detailed in going over the events of the day and the song choices (even the version of the song that we wanted). I appreciated the way he read the room and suggested changes to the order of events which turned out great! We used On The Go DJ Pro, Inc for our wedding and we cannot recommend them enough! The services were DJ/MC, Photography and Photo Booth. From the very beginning Anthony was so helpful, offering suggestions and recommendations, and was easy to get a hold of any time I had a question. DJ Nino Sabroso (Riv-CA) DJ'ed both our ceremony and the reception. DJ Nino Sabroso (Riv-CA) played great music and kept the dance floor packed the whole night. He was also a great MC, the flow of events (intros, cake cutting, etc) went so smoothly. We've had several guests mention to us, when talking about the wedding, how good the music was and how FUN it was! Our Photographer Mario Gonzalez was great, he kept my husband and I moving and taking the shots we asked for. He also recommended shots that would capture both my husband and I and our guest. Mario was awesome and can hardly wait to see the final photographs of all our loved ones. The photobooth was a success. Karina Bailon was the best! Their music, uplighting and special effects sincerely had everyone complimenting me throughout the night and even weeks after about how great of a time they had. They were very professional and on time. I chose four sparks and dancing on the clouds effect. This made for a dream shoot for our photographer and videographer and more importantly, a core memory, for everyone in attendance. The venue did not allow dancing on the cloud effect at first. But, Anthony was confident he could help make this happen, and with just one phone call he did just that. I was so happy he went above and beyond to help us make our day so special. I highly recommend the sparks with the dancing on the clouds. The music flowed nicely, and never clashed. Nino was always open to song requests during the event. He was super approachable and friendly, which made for such a positive atmosphere. He had great suggestions when finalizing the details. Thank you Nino! He played music for every age group, and had great taste in every genre. There was one aunt who said no to dancing. But, halfway through she was out there on the dance floor. They are also with the times and have an app you can download on your phone and it gives you the ability to curate your own playlists.I loved this! The event was Saturday on 6/17/23 and we had a check prepared and ready for the DJ first thing when he showed up to perform and I was told that we had to pay the company directly who is On The Go DJ Pro, Inc. being that he said he had already been paid for the event. We contacted the company on Sunday at 909-767-2919 to make a credit card payment as a given option over the phone and it went into voice mail. I received a confirmation of my phone call via text from the same number. Anthony Perez who responded from the company went out of his way to text me, my fiance and shockingly also my grand daughter with very rude and threatening comments first thing Monday morning on 6/19/23 after he missed our phone call to make a credit card payment over the phone. I woke up to a text quote word for word, "Louie still haven't received payment for your daughters event please remember these dj have kids to feed as well and cheating them out of payment for work is a shitty thing to do to someone you said did an amazing job. Noon is your cut off. I bet you didn't know I can been a lien on your house for non payment. And I will file once the amount of days pass that allow me to." Text quote to my granddaughter, "Sky, please tell your dad to pay the dj for the service for your grad party. From the very first message I received from Anthony, I knew we found our DJ! He was so very kind and professional. He makes the quoting process very easy and we were able to also book a Photobooth through him and they were just as amazing! We were so blessed to have had Anthony working our event. So many people went out of their way to tell us the music at our wedding was some of the best they've ever experienced. We had the pleasure of working with Anthony, and he did a great job of mixing our cultures and playing a great variety of Hispanic and country music, but could read the dance floor and play some great bangers that kept the party started. I truly do not understand why this business has such high rating. My experience was terrible. To start off, I was talking to Anthony, who I assumed was the DJ, as his name is on the contract, as well as the only person we spoke to. He didn't mention once that someone else was taking over as our DJ. I got a message from DJ Nino saying he was going to be our DJ five days before the wedding. I took hours to curate a timeline and song list using the app Anthony told me to use. I wanted to make sure the new DJ knew of this, so even the night before the wedding, I confirmed with him. The reception was at the beach, so we paid Anthony extra for a generator to power the sound equipments. However, on the day of the wedding, the generator did not work and delayed the reception. DJ Nino eventually got a working generator and started the music. However, DJ Nino played less than half of my playlist and ignored my friends' requests. He stated he was playing my guests' requests, when only the three of us at a 40 people reception were making these requests and had no idea what songs they were. He also disregarded my specific request to MC a bridal/groom game. Regardless, we tried to have fun. Then, I noticed a woman feeding the DJ food and alcohol from our reception. If the DJ would have asked either my husband or me, we would have said yes, but was not asked. The DJ's contract was to 9pm, but we ended the night early, a little after 8pm. Both my husband and I were not happy. Before leaving a review, which can be detrimental to a business, I wanted to give the benefit of doubt and talk to Anthony. I should have known how the conversation was going to go, because he said he was going to call, but didn't. Only when I reached out again, then he called, and started a list of excuses and even tried to blame me for the way the app he told me to use was laid out. Not once did he take accountability for any of the complaints made. All in all, I confirmed he was ok with this unprofessionalism and was not interested in addressing the issue. It could have been the DJ or the generator not working that led to this, but I believe a true testament of a good business is how they handle customer satisfaction. I hope you really consider my experience in case if something goes wrong, as this is how Anthony handled mine. read more

I would not use this company. They are liars and frauds. I inquire on their website and got a quote for $395. When I contacted them I spoke to Anthony Perez, he game me a quote for $500. I inform him that on his website for the same amount of hours I got a quote for a total of $395. He proceeded on telling me "your event is in two days, that is not much notice. The price is $500". I responde to him that his website does not state that with last minute bookings the price would be higher. This is false advertisement. He said "well I don't want your business, bye". So unprofessional, I will never refer this company, neither will I ever use them. I will definitely report them to the Better Business Bureau for false advertisement. read more
