I have used them for events and my son's graduation party, but I was so excited to see them recently at a work event We had pulled pork (YUM!) , turkey skewers, Asian salad, and fruit salad. we called on the go to cater our wedding in boston and they were amazing! i wish i got pictures of the food, everyone found it to be truly delicious and we got lots of compliments on both the food itself and the service. i loved the servers! they were absolute sweethearts, super attentive, and shared genuine happiness about our wedding to us and our guests. i haven't tried their daily eats but would 100% recommend them for catering any event. Today was my first time at on the go. I called orders in and went to pick them up for my family. The gentleman who helped me when I walked in the door was so incredible at creating an instant family feel. I wasn't sure what to expect and I was so grateful to have conversation that was not surface level while also getting my order and adding in a few brownies ;) The food was AMAZING. The Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap Panini was delicious and everyone wanted to share it with the one who ordered it. And the Cobb salad yummy! We also had an Italian sub and some sort of lemon tea cake! I can confidently say you can't go wrong here! Usually I don't want to run the errands to get food coming from so cal and this weather being so cold. The most DISRESPECTFUL manager I've ever met. We had 3 people with deadly (anaphylactic reactions) allergies. We were told they could handle this. When CORY messed up the orders he blamed it on the bridal party, continuously not taking ANY blame. We sent a detailed email with all the allergies a month in advance, which he agreed to make meals for. I and my mother have never been spoke to that way, and it was literally my sister's wedding day. NEVER in my life would I recommend this company. I hope for the waiter's and waitresses sake they get a new job, because they helped in any way they could despite Cory's immense disrespect. Please do your research before booking, and be careful with this man if you want to be treated properly or remotely respected. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I just read the other reviews before posting just to get a feel and I am either super confused with what people consider " rude" Or prior to my now 3 week experience with on the go-- they have completely cleaned house with staff because I'm usually pretty efficient at judging an A$$ hole as I can be one myself but I have been nothing but pleased and surprised when the staff remembered me after coming in once( maybe that's not a good thing ) either way, I have sampled multiple things here already after moving to Rochester a few weeks ago and can vouch for everything I've had being incredible and I'm a hard foodie critic. This is a cute mom-and-pop sandwich shop with tons of unique combinations to choose from. You can make your own sandwich, or just order one of their delicious signature sandwiches listed on the menu. There are tons of dank selections to choose from: about 20 kinds of meat (all Boar's Head), 4 kinds of wraps, 5 kinds of bread, 8 kinds of cheese, and tons of "fixings." I've only been here twice and got the Turkey Club Wrap each time. It comes stacked with the works, including bacon, which adds a nice tasty crunch. I'm not a big fan of BBQ, but my BF is and he loves the Ranch Wrap, which includes BBQ chicken & sauce, cheddar cheese and bacon. The prices are reasonable for the massive amount of food they pack in each creation. The staff is very friendly as well; the older white-haired lady is the best. She's such a sweetheart! Corey does a great job. Best grilled chicken salads around. The chicken and rice soup is amazing. Always has some prepared meals, meats and treats as well as pantry items for purchase in the store. Fresh quality ingredients locally sourced. Wish they were open a little bit later but it's worth sneaking out of work early to pick up something for dinner. If you are feeling like something new, get the regular pizza with corn beef as a topping. Usually people say that doesn't sound good until I have them try it. I've learned to always order a 2nd pizza when I get this because everyone can't get enough. That's my favorite here but everything else I've ordered has been so good. They have rice pudding too but a couple of times the rice was crunchy, which happens to be the reason I don't make it myself so I know the struggle can be real. Prices are high $$ for the small portions. "Cory" the person who answers the phone, and does the register lacks personality, and good old fashioned manners, much of the time. Cory, even kept my change last time I ordered, when he took it from the register, and didn't hand it to me. Customers shouldn't be interrupted- so someone can take a phone order. It's simply "rude Customer service." Pizza has sparse toppings- for the value. I have called ahead, and my food still isn't ready as quoted "15 min time frame" more than once. Food is decent when you are in a bind. However. Corey, the owner, is so rude and unprofessional. His father too. Both of these "men" pick up the phone and are rude and nasty every time. They seem bothered to have to be taking an order. They are the same way when you go in there to pick up.
