It felt like a complete waste of time and money. A reputable repair shop should tell customers the truth before taking their devices and charging them for nothing. I ended up having to go directly to Apple, who told me that uBreakiFix should have known better. Save yourself the frustration, if you have a MacBook (especially a newer one), go somewhere else. So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! Took it to his store to be looked at, and indeed the screen was junk. The owner wasn't there and the guy running the place said my information was NOT in the computer. The place stunk like weed and he said what do you expect me to do? I can install a new screen for $250. I told him absolutely not! I also had a $50 screen protector put on another phone and that wasn't in the system either! Stay away from this criminal! He is stealing our money and using garbage components.
