A dining table that needs the top taken off by loosening 8 screws was not moved since they didn't have tools for it (may have needed larger/longer screw bits). We hired Ryan and his crew for our move and are so glad we did! At the last minute our closing date was changed and Ryan worked with us to reschedule our move without hesitation. He was able to accommodate our mid-week move when others could not. The guys arrived early and got straight to work. They thoroughly walked the house, identified pieces of furniture that needed to be padded and wrapped, and then got to work. They wrapped furniture, staged it to be loaded and worked together to get the job done. They were so polite and always smiling and laughing with each other (and with us) throughout the move. The picture attached with our very heavy washer was snapped because I saw them talking it through (getting it upstairs to the laundry room) and they were all still smiling! This was about 6 hours into the move. I highly recommend these awesome young men for your next move. The last picture was the end of our move, almost 8 hours after they started and they were still smiling...hot and tired, but smiling and laughing. Give them a try! So...I read reviews but nobody on here had perfect reviews so went with On The Go. They were responsive and I asked several times if they were sending experienced movers or young men that weren't very experienced. I was assured they were experienced. They showed up in a Uhaul. Didn't have moving gloves didn't have proper equipment to move furniture. It was a two bedroom apartment moving 2 exits away to our new townhome. Many times my husband had to tell them how to maneuver furniture through the door. They tried to bring a brand new farmhouse table (that was clearly too big to fit) thru the garage door when I called for my husband to come downstairs. They hit the walls, ceiling, trim and also scratched my brand new table. Not happy at all about that! We have an armoire that we had them leave in the garage and not try to bring upstairs because we were just to scared at that point. Waiting for our son and son in law to do that for us. So.... a brand new townhouse has many scratches on walls and trim. Front door frame is missing a chunk of wood. Wood floor has a few scratches as well. The guys were nice enough but very inexperienced. Could of added many more photos but you get the picture of what happened. read more

They are really good.. very satisfied with the move. They took all the stuff I packed, in fact they were asking if there are any additional box or stuff, they are ready to take it. They completed the move within 3 hours even though the distance was 35 miles. Only thing is you need to pack everything, open bed frames, dining table legs and keep it ready. Was hesitant to go forward with Ongo Moving because lack of reviews (probably from being a new company) but decided to give them a chance. Ryan (the owner) was extremely nice from the beginning. I was promised two men with a moving truck, blankets, and dollies. The move was supposed to start at 10 am but the second mover didn't get there until 10:45. This was a little frustrating but I understand with ATL there's traffic so I brushed it over my shoulder. The two guys that moved me were in college and were extremely sweet. Unfortunately, they didn't bring moving blankets or dollies, I thought this was very odd. Took them about an hour to move me out of my apartment. My new place was a bit challenging as we were far away from the loading dock to my new apartment. This is the exact reason you bring dollies! I thought everything was going well until they sat my furniture down in my living room and the horror of seeing your brand new furniture scratched and dented.... I called Ryan immediately and he knocked my price down some. Very thankful I didn't have them move my tv's or mirrors... Who knows what would have happened to them. They also broke the clip to the bottom of my sectional.... Seems like they just threw everything in the truck and said the hell with it. read more

They did call when they were on the way to let us know they were en route, but gave the original timeframe, so we just would have appreciated a update with new time. The service itself was great. I called Ryan when I was in California letting him know I may not know which day my things will arrive but I can give him a time frame. I notified Ryan with a schedule change about 2-4 times prior to the actual date. The Flexibility during this time was extremely helpful.
