Worst move ever. Some small kids came to move my house. I have a 3 story house including my full basement! They took over 2 hours just to take my bed apart. They ended up only moving half my stuff. They didn't know how to stack furniture properly in the Uhaul. Oh yeah, they came in a Uhaul and not a company truck. That was the first red flag. They moved slow and you could tell they were not professional movers. Seemed like some college kids trying to make a buck. They were very polite and professional the whole time though and in the end they did not charge me to move my stuff since they did such a poor job. I did tip them still because they did do 5 hours of work, even though it was not up to my satisfaction. I do not like to give people nothing for work they do. Would not recommend if you are moving a big house with lots of furniture. Maybe just smaller spaces. read more

I needed to do a out of the blue move due to a infestation in my apt, I called On the Go Moving after calling other moving companies, comparing they rates, they had the best rates hands down, talk to Rue and Brian J and they were so accommodating and understanding and compassionate to me, about the whole situation, I even had to reschedule my appointment to the next day and they accommodated me without any issues or penalties. Moved about 2 weeks ago and used On The Go Moving and I would 100% recommend you use them too for your moving needs. Ryan, the owner, called me back during his lunch break cause he saw I had left a voicemail and didn't want to make me wait too long to get a free quote - I knew then that they were going to be great to work with. Quote was clear and up front, I had no surprises when I paid my final bill. They sent 2 young men to help me move my MIL from her space on the first floor of the house to a MIL suite I created in the basement for her. They came early, were very helpful, and did a good job. I have some neck problems so have difficulty moving the heavy items, and some things are just a little more than you want to ask of your neighbors. I had some reservations because they refused to utilize assistive devices, but they assured me that they have tried to utilize them in the past and they have always ended up costing them more in time than they saved in hardship. As they get older they may change their minds about this, but at least they considered it and had a good response. This service was reasonable, professional and a good value. read more

These guys are the real deal -- from Ryan the owner to Arline, the customer rep on the phone, and ohmygosh the crew on the day of our move. Professional and courteous, doing as much as they possibly could to make things happen smoothly. All the while, high energy and fun -- did I mention high energy? This crew doesn't stop. The only reason I couldn't bring myself to give that 5th star is that, during transit, there was some shifting in the truck so that one table was a little damaged -- but absolutely to their credit, they showed it to me and reimbursed me for it right there, on the spot! I was able to run into the truck and take a quick picture of how they wrapped my furniture and look how good it it! All my items were wrapped this same way! This is the best company that I have ever moved with. They moved my items 55 miles and there was not even a scratch on anything. They took everything to its designated room and we moved into a 3 story home! I could not be more impressed with using this company and I highly suggest that you use them! If you are concerned about any specific piece of furniture as well, you could just ask. I had them wrap my washer and dryer because it was brand new and they did it without any issue. Made a cross country move and needed a bit of assistance unloading my pod/trailer. I reached out to OTG moving and they were responsive and able to accommodate my labor only request. They were priced just right for three men for two hours. The men called when they were en route. They even arrived 30 minutes early. Once they got to work, it was clear they'd be done quickly. They did my move in about 75 minutes and helped assemble furniture and put a few things in place with the remaining time. Highly satisfied and would recommend. read more

We contracted OnGo Moving to unload our rented 26 ft van full of furniture and boxes. Ryan and his team were wonderful! The day before our move, Ryan graciously moved our time up and added an additional mover at my request. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and assisted in unwrapping our heavily wrapped furnishings prior to unloading into our home. Probably could have been a little bit more "active" since a couple of the movers were a bit slow but the job got done. They were very kind and helpful. We ran into a few issues with getting the old fridge out and new fridge in (the fridges were too big) and they were super helpful and patient. We also just got new carpet and it was sprinkling outside and they gladly honored my request to not walk with their shoes on the carpet. I'd hire them again next time for sure. read more
