When I went to review the invoice to verify the charges, I was unable to find it. I asked multiple times over the course of a couple of months for a copy, as I need it for my tax records. Most of the time he ignored me, but when he did respond I was given excuses as to why he could not send me the invoice. I worked with him for years without any prior issues, but based on how this misunderstanding and follow-up were handled, I would not recommend him.
