Very sleezy company. They are definitely in the business of fraud. We paid for 6 hours in a parking lot and they towed after 2. Rather than admitting fault to a glitch in their system and handing over the keys because we showed email receipt proof and time remaining on app - they told us not their problem and to handle it with the cops. Cops definitely agreed some fraud going on here when we filed the reports. Not to mention 4 others came in with the same issue. read more

Today I had a very good experience with this company. They towed my daughter's rental car at her apartment complex. When I came to get the car, I questioned why they towed it, when my daughter had registered the car. Apparently, she registered the rental car on the wrong parking portal. They could have played hard ball with us, but instead they allowed us to take the car without a charge because they recognized my daughter's mistake. They even took time to show her how to properly register her new car. I truly appreciated that! read more

It was on The Square, in the barely visible paid parking (which had been free for decades) on Halloween night, and you could barely see the single towing sign. We initially considered whether the car was stolen. Yeah, stolen and sold back to us for an absurd towing rate. It was my friend's first time parking on The Square, and she had come in the evening. The supervisor of all people cursed at us over the phone, and the bill ended up being $209.95, the next morning. We were stranded and had to stay at a friend's place for the night. This place is in a bad area of town. There was no walk in entry; these two workers came to check us in through the gate with junk yard dogs, and placed the tow truck in front of our car so we couldn't get out. We also found our car keyed, which we are still looking into. They probably didn't like our phone conversation. The guy who was blocking our car asked us if we "had a problem," and we asked him if he did, then he had the gaul to say that he could block it all day. We told him we were going to call the cops, and he told us to do so, but eventually left....this place isn't taken care of well, and the workers are extremely rude. Don't call them to tow your car if you can avoid it. If your car is towed, don't go out there by yourself to get your car back. Have your phone ready to call the police if you have to. These guys are trouble; you can tell just by how the respond to their own reviews in a few posts. They're the loogie spitters of tow companies in the worst of places, and seem like the could get violent. Don't go alone, and consider calling the police if you need to. My best advice at this point in Denton: do not park in a lot or near ANY place that has "On The Road Again" listed as the towing company. The businesses can't control anything. They will tow you even when you are parked in the lot of a business. They have people patrolling their lots, in unmarked vehicles and taking videos. It was a huge dark Chevy truck today FYI, in the Pepita's and Midway Mart lot off Welch and Hickory. The person in the Chevy recorded me and when I tried to retrieve my vehicle, they cited the video as proof. The video doesn't show proof. I go to those shops all the time, I went to the shops today. They claim that it doesn't matter if I shopped there bc for a moment I was off the property? It's so predatory. The people on site are not helpful or kind. They even said it was towed because of fry street fair and that I was going to the fair??? I did not attend the fair. I also contacted the fair organizers to let them know a company is literally profiting off their event by doing this. We are connecting with businesses in the downtown area who have on the road as their partnered towing company and suggesting to not work with them as this is affecting their clients directly. I am a regular at almost every business on hickory and fry. I've parked where I parked today for over 4 years to give my business to these companies. Maybe it sounds silly to complain, but I felt completely powerless today and now I don't trust any of the shops or any towing companies. we are in the harassment stage from them, they have towed my car from my home, sat outside of my home for hours waiting for me ( car was registered) and prey upon my guests. We still have unfinished towing related business from novemeber but these cowards won't return a phone call, or even stay on one. But they are happy to steal your car that's registered! On the Road Again towed my car without consent from what appeared to be a normal city street. There were no "No Parking/Permit Required" signs on the side of the street where I parked and the one on the opposite side of the street had been moved onto a large construction site -- making it hard to see and when I did look for it, it appeared be part of the construction site. When I retrieved me car, two dashboard warning lights were on that had not been on when I parked it. I am filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and requesting a hearing with the appropriate Denton County Justice of the Peace. read more

IF YOU ARE ILLEGALLY TOWED, file a suit with the justice peace court. It only costs $20, and you do not need a lawyer. Their attorney called me to offer me reimbursement real fast . Make sure you take plenty of photos of the area if there are no signs present, because they will put signs up quickly. I was illegally towed from a parking lot by my place of work. This lot has not had signs since the business I work for opened nearly five years ago. One of the men who worked there maintained that it was a completely legal tow, and that there does not need to be signs for it to be legal. Their attorney called me one day before the court date telling me that "It was a case of knocked down signs". By reading the other reviews you can tell that they have shady business practices. Do not let them intimidate you if you believe you have a legitimate case. If I hadn't been exhausted and having health problems I would have continued the court case instead of accepting reimbursement. read more

I completely understand towing a car when the owner of a business calls and asks you to do so. But when a car is parked at a business that has been closed for a year and a half (that has been trying to reopen for the last 6 months but can't because no one wants to work at Jack in the Box) is towed because it's taking up "customer parking," one has to sit & wonder, "hmm... is this company preying on college students?" I park at the Jack in the Box every day for class because it's the only free parking on the whole UNT campus and have been doing so for over a year now. When I got to the car lot I asked who called them to tow me and he said, "No one called. We were patrolling the area and towed it then." He tried to justify it saying that the spots were needed since Jack is in the process of reopening they would need the spots (something that has been in the process for six months but clearly it didn't matter when I parked there yesterday and every day before then). If the restaurant is angry that I parked there and management needs the spot open, LET THEM REQUEST THE TOW THEMSELVES. I'm not sure what kind of lowlife you have to be to patrol a college campus looking for kids' cars to tow but all I have to say is that if I don't have the money for a parking pass, I sure as heck don't have money to throw at a bunch of losers who get off on ruining students' days to make themselves feel more important than they are. Using Park Mobile App. I entered the license plate of another one of my vehicles at 6:57 but immediately updated my plate to the vehicle I was in at 6:58. At 7:12 they towed my vehicle. I called and asked why and told them it was updated and still showed I had time. They said it didnt show in their account until 7:29 that it was updated. I went over to them and showed them the emails and they said it didnt matter to pay the fee or I wont get my vehicle. I guess it is when your car is in jail and these guys are your sentencing judge. I just bailed out my roommate's car and needless to say, I feel pretty ripped off. Just FYI: if you happen to get towed on a rainy or "inclement weather day (along with a host of other random possible add-ons)," prepare to fork over an extra 100.00 dollars or more on top of the ridiculous charges. The person on the phone tried to tell me that my car was towed at 1 AM when in fact I know it was not towed until after 8 AM (when it was registered).
