Our dog is completely traumatized. His paws were bleeding and his nose has dry blood and scabs all around it. We were never told that he was trying to escape, they gave us a report card saying he was good the whole time. They hid the fact that he was INJURED. He has been sleeping ALL day since we picked him up. Whoever was working there said he was trying to get out of his kennel which is very unlike him. My dog also barked at one of the employees and my dog is a people person. I think he sensed danger and I wish we never let him stay there. If you want to traumatize your dog, go to this place.

Things started out great. Their prices are more than fair and our dogs seemed to like it but things went mostly down hill from there. We left our two dogs, Bear and Molly there for a weekend recently. We picked them up and were initially thrilled enough to pay for a few days of day care for our younger, more restless pup, Molly, so she could get some energy out. However, shortly after bringing the dogs home we noticed Bear was limping. Granted she is 12 years old so that's not entirely unexpected, but after further inspection we found two puss filled and scabbed over wounds which obviously had not been treated whatsoever. We took Bear to the vet who was concerned the wound may have already abscessed and prescribed some hefty antibiotics in the hopes of healing it. Much to the credit of On The Spot they consented to pay for the initial vet appointment and the antibiotics. However, despite our best efforts and the vets best efforts the wound became worse and required surgery as the infection remained and further abscessed. An additional $350 later, our sweet dog has 15 staples in her chest, a drain to help make sure the infection is entirely removed and a lovely cone. They as of yet refuse to assist with the most recent expenses, going as far as to suggest that either we or the vet are not properly taking care of the wound. All of this could have been prevented had they not completely missed our dogs injury and treated it, but it was evident the wound had gone days unnoticed due to their negligence. To be clear, my wife and I are not particularly upset the bite happened, that's difficult to prevent at times. What we find appaling is their lack of ability to observe a wound and treat it. They had no idea she was injured, talk about a gross lack of supervision. The fact that they are pushing the blame on us is disgusting. They were negligible. If you care about your animal, avoid this place at all cost.

Our dogs poor paws.

Great place to take your dog for the day to get some extra energy out! Daycare is reasonably priced.

I knew I was going to have a crazy few days at work so I decided to try putting my 6 month old crazy hyper puppy in the Doggy Daycare.

We recently moved here and are so glad that we found Paws-itive Results and Crystal! We recently…read morewent out of town, and our dogs were so very well taken care of! We got videos and pictures sent us while we were on vacation and just knew that our dogs were having the very best time! The property is large with plenty of room for the dogs to get energy out and play as well as structures and even a covered play area for when it's snowy or muddy outside. We could not be happier with leaving our dogs here while we were gone! We have definitely found our go to for when we can't take our dogs with us.

Your dog is treated as family while in our home. I send lots of pictures so you can see how happy your dog is so you never have to worry. I absolutely love my career working with dogs. The dogs run and play outside, we have two hours of quiet time in the middle of the day for some rest. With doggy swimming pools, large sand box, tetherball, tug of war ropes, three toy subscriptions delivered monthly, room to run, slides, tunnels, ball pits, on hot days we play in the sprinklers, puzzle games for the dogs when we are stuck inside, we’ve done crafts and the kids love to play fetch with the dogs! I've tried to make this doggy heaven! With the yard fully fenced twice and double gates at doors we take precautions no dogs slip out. We are able to separate dogs inside and out if any of the dogs don’t get along. We have a doggy door so they can go out any time needed, running water trough so we always have water available. We have several kennels, bowls, beds, and toys so all you need to bring is dog food. Poop is picked up daily and kennels/bowls are sanitized between dogs. I am out with the dogs during all business hours and dogs are in kennels when not supervised for safety. I have several cameras on the dogs at all times as well. We’ve covered our bases to keep your dog safe!
