Lightning cable stays in and doesn't disconnect from the phone if it moves a little. I don't mind supporting small businesses, but I think the $45 fee could be slightly less considering the amount of time and effort spent. I wasn't told if the tabs or pins were adjusted or not, if so then the fee is justified in my opinion. Will I go back if I need help in the future? Absolutely.
