They provide all equipment (mats, weights, balls, Pilates rings, bands) and you can bring your own ankle weights for some extra weight if you'd like. I've tried almost all of the instructors and every single one is motivating, pushes you to get stronger, and always has the best playlists. I genuinely feel like my day isn't complete if I don't make it to a SweatLab class. I also love the infrared heated aspect of the classes and the red lighting--it creates such a great atmosphere and really helps intensify the workout. The studio itself is immaculately clean and has such a cool, energetic vibe. One of my favorite touches is the ice-cold lemongrass scented towel at the end of class--it's so refreshing after a tough workout. Sarah, the owner, is incredibly sweet, and her Power54 class is one of my absolute favorites. I've been to several gyms and studios in the area, and this is by far the best one. The pricing is very reasonable, and you can even try your first class for $1. Highly recommend!

I just joined a week ago…read more In the short amount of time I've been practicing, my muscle strength and hamstring flexibility have increased. I feel calmer. And it's a special space for me: an oasis, where I can rest my weary mind and heart for awhile. I look forward to each class session. I am challenged by both my teacher and myself. I have had classes with just about every instructor by now, and I like them all. I have yet to feel judged, looked down upon, or pushed beyond my safe limits by anyone; Revolution Yoga is a safe haven for me to comfortably explore my boundaries and work to grow beyond them. I look forward to being a member here for as long as my finances and living situation allow. What a gem this place is, and how lucky I am to have it nearby.
