I have been using this company exclusively for several years. It has been open and fully functional every day of the week except Sunday. The technicians are some of the most knowledgeable and capable in the industry. I travel international and my computers are a critical part of my business. I have been forced to seek computer repairs on three continents. Most of the time, the Charges for repairs were too high and most of the time the problems were only partially fixed. Every time I have taken a computer problem to On Wheels, the problem was fixed completely and the charge was substantially lower. I have bought numerous products for them and have been totally satisfied. I was able to purchase products of higher quality for a lower cost. I only use this location for all my computer needs. If the products are better and less expensive and the service is better, I can not imagine why anyone would go anywhere else for their computer needs. Yelp should be ashamed for posting information that is totally false. It is a travesty that a public information company would allow information to be viewed before verifying the facts. The information you have posted it completely false and I am sure has cost the owner of On Wheels Computer Repair a substantial loss of business. and money. I brought two computers in, one was practically brand new and the other had a broken pin where the ac adapter fits in. Overall, both computers were functioning great and used primarily for military work and business. I asked the technician to transfer the good part from the practically brand new computer to the other computer because that computer was used the most. He transferred the good part from one computer into the other and ordered a replacement part. When he installed the new part into my other computer, he installed the part wrong and ended up damaging the mother board. What is so disappointing is that he broke a very good functioning computer and returned to me a non-functioning computer. He was unapologetic and did not offer to fix the problem that he caused on my practically brand new computer. It saddens me that their are people out their that can't take responsibility for their actions. I will never return to this establishment and will advise anyone who needs computer repair to not go to this place. read more

I was in this store Wednesday for some serious issues with my software. The older thin guy with glasses and the guy he called "Dell" were both very helpful. I had to leave my laptop overnight due to the number of people who were there having computers worked on. Bottom line - They fixed my computer overnight, explained in detail what the issues were without the attitude that I'm used to getting from computer nerds. Charged me a reasonable price, and gave me a warranty on the repairs. I'm very happy with their service and pricing. Even though I have to drive farther to get to their shop, I'm confidant that I'll be using them in the future for any repairs or to buy a new computer. read more

I recently purchased two computers and monitors; a desk top and laptop to replace my old windows xp computers. All employees were extremely helpful during the process including after the sale help resolving glitches in the learning curve. They listened to our needs with no attempt to sell us more than what we needed. Their help included an in home visit and accessing our computers from the store to correct issues. They transferred data from our old computers to the new ones and reprogramed the laptop to function as Windows 7. It is really nice to call someone nearby for assistance as opposed to waiting on a telephone line to talk to technical support in another country. John read more

Naturally I was devastated when one day it wouldn't start up at all! ) I called On Wheels Computer Repair and they sent a technician over to my place to diagnose the problem. The tech took it back to the shop and kept me informed of their progress. My hard drive had bad sectors and was failing. I have had my computer in a couple of times because I have a grandchild that likes to play games on it. I have had OWCR de-bug three of my computers and just bought a small laptop there after my hard drive crashed. Have had nothing but good service and the shop stood by their estimate. I prefer to patronize neighborhood businesses even if the cost is slightly higher (the Amazon price might have been $100 less but that did not include file transfer).
